Grand Stranded
I haven’t been able to play for a couple of weeks because of back issues, but it looks like when I get back out there (hopefully next month) the top of my bag will look completely different. Back in February, I ordered a Titleist TS2 16.5* 4 wood, and matching 19* & 21* TS2 hybrids, all with Kuro Kage shafts. They are going to finally arrive tomorrow, and I’m pretty excited. I got a great deal on these through that DD place, but now I have a few decisions to make. I’m going to give the Epic Max a place in my bag, but I’m not sure whether or not to sell my old friend, the G400 Max. Same thing with my Rogue 3 wood (the best 15* I’ve ever owned). I’m leaning toward keeping both, especially the 3 wood, as this will be the first 4 wood I’ve ever gamed, and who knows? I’m 99% going to sell my Rogue X hybrids (18, 20, 23) for the following reasons. 1. I’m loving my 0211 5 iron 2. The adjustability with the TS2’s should enable me to use two clubs in place of 3 (let’s say I go 19 & 22 or 18 & 21 for example). I should probably just cut the cord with all of them, after all, there’s a reason I looked to replace them. Still it’s hard to do... this is me becoming attached to clubs I’ve had for about 4 years, and second thoughts about not having them around, I guess. Hi I’m Taylor and I’m a golf club, bag set up addict. But in my defense this time I had my pro guide me on getting things in the right set up correctly. So today I bought A 4hy- the sub 70 one A 699 pro gap wedge The RTX Zipcore in 54 and 58 Wow. That’s a lot! But, I have my reasons! I recently also picked up a mavrik 4 wood and I’m loving it! So to counter these additions, here are the subtractions! No more 3 wood cobra f9 4iron is gone (sub 70 is taking it back) My cobra MIM wedges will also be replaced 50-55-60. Pictures to come. Basically with my new approach to the game I don’t need a bladed wedge, around the green is all 54-58 so the gap wedge is full shots and it’s nice to have a continuation of the set, I love hybrids and hate long irons, so why have it! And the 4 wood is just a touch shorter, but easier to hit so away with the 3 wood Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy That’s not really too much of a change, in fact it’s just a normal Wednesday to @dlow206 It sounds like we both had the same idea regarding our setup for this year. juspoole
And let's just add to it for the day.....Going to give the RTX 4 wedges a try. Happy with my current SM8 54* so that will go head to head. Martin recommends 30 reps for each drill and while it's not a lot of tension on the band (if you set it up correctly), if you work past that I would think you could get fatigued, at which point you're likely just ingraining bad feels and positions. Let us know how you like it in the training aid Planemate thread! GolfSpy BOS
Ah, got it. Well, you'll be glad you did. And you've already said it but don't skip ahead. I'd also say more is not better. I know I’m pretty gassed at the end of those so no good is going to come from them. I’ll be over in the planemate thread soon! cksurfdude, GolfSpy_SHARK, sirchunksalot and 1 other 4 Quote Epic Max LS 10.5 - Motore X F3 6X | Speedzone 5-wood - Ventus Blue 8S | TSi3 20* Hybrid - KBS Proto 85S SMS Pro 4-PW - Steelfiber i110S | MG3 Raw Black 50.09, 54.11, 58.11 - DG TI S200 ER2B | Pro V1x | NX9 Slope | Jones Trouper R | CaddyLite EZ v8

Hook DeLoft
Bought a Ping G425 Max driver last Friday. I didn't need a new driver but, really, I haven't needed a new driver since I went from persimmon to a King Cobra metal driver 20 plus years ago. Since then I've probably gone through 20 drivers I didn't need. cnosil, RollingGreens, Grand Stranded and 5 others 8 Quote 14 of the following: Ping G430 Max 10.5 degree Callaway 2023 Big Bertha 3 wood set to 17 degrees Cobra F9 Speedback 7/8 wood set at 23.5 degrees Callaway Epic Max 11 wood Ping Eye 2 BeCu 2-SW Mizuno 923 JPX HM HL 6-GW Hogan sand wedge 56 degree bent to 53 Maltby M Series+ 54 degree Ping Glide 3.0 Eye2 58 degree Ping Glide 3.0 60 degree Evnroll ER2 Ping Sigma 2 Anser Cheap Top Flite mallet putter from Dick's, currently holding down first place in the bag TaylorMade Mini Spider Bridgestone XS

RollingGreens
Bought a new grip for the putter. Thought about making my wrists/hands a little quieter and went with a super stroke your 3.0. Early results are positive. Missing putts because of my lines vs hands being overactive cksurfdude, sirchunksalot, MattF and 1 other 4 Quote Stealth 2 Plus 9deg Kai' li Red Stealth 2 13deg Aldilla Rogue Silver Stealth 2 15deg Aldilla Rogue Silver JPX 921 Hot Metal 4-PW Nippon Modus 120s SM8 54 and 58deg Dynamic Gold Wedge Flex Scotty Cameron Newport 2 Titleist ProV1 Hoofer Stand Bag Stewart Q Follow Electric Caddie 300 PRO Rangefinder Official Nippon Regio B+ Driver Shaft Review Official Stewart Q Follow Review
