Mostly I use tees from my husband's stash. But leave it up to us ladies to find fun even in golf tees! I've bought a few just because they are a fabulous color.

Bright yellow - I sponsor a Sadie Hawkins team each year. My team dresses in yellow and I make goodie bags around yellow themed items. Each person gets a bunch of long yellow tees and everyone knows where we've been.

Silver - I play in a weekend group that has closest to the hole greenies on every par 3. Put down your hopefully unique tee to mark your spot. I painted the top 1/2 inch of my silver tees with yellow fingernail polish. Trouble is when the last group picks up the tees, no one wants to give mine back.

Fuchia (called Passion Fruit on the order) - just because. Look at that rich color!

Very nice👍
I forgot about SWMBO Tees!  Multi color “Martini Tees” is all she’ll use.  She swears by them.  If I find them I give them to her👍

You had mentioned that you liked it a lot, and I had that in the back of my mind. The Mavrik has been good, hoping this is an improvement based on the reviews I read. If the AF doesn't work out well I still really like the Rogue White and would plug that in next to try.

I have the rogue white in my g425 and I like it a lot. So far it’s been a good pairing. Not a big kicking shaft but mildly responsive

Those are nice. I've been using pink tees since our daughter was born. When she gets older I'll let her pick the colors. I'm not much for customization because that stuff gets expensive, but tees are a nice cheap way to stand out.

I really liked the feel and results of the Rogue White when I was fit for the Epic Speed, but it seemed to me like it required more "effort" (if that makes sense) so kind of scared me away from it a bit. At least I know there's one with a Callaway adapter a state away of you ever feel the need to get rid of it.

Edit: I'm with @BIG STU, even though I haven't played as long as him, I almost take pride in the fact that I've never bought a tee.

You are going to love this Rick---- At 64 years old I have never bought a golf tee. Growing up my old man ran a public daily fee course. One of my jobs was cleaning out and putting the carts on charge. I got plenty of tees there. I was also like my old man not too good to bend over to pick one up. Believe it or not I still have 2 Chase and Sanborn coffee cans full of tees from there. Most of those are shorter tees and I use them with my vintage play. Hey time period correct. Some of them will literally desinigrate when hit.

On the modern front ==== A lot of the tourist golfers ( which I am sure you can relate to) were stripping their bags weight wise to fly down. First stop after landing the Big Box stores to buy tees and balls. They will not bend over to pick up tees and when it is time to go home they leave the rest of the jumbo bags of tees. At my old club the cart barn guys used to give me bags of tees. They only place on this end of the beach that gives away tees is my local pancake house. He is a friend of mine and former sponsor. Man he gives me a bag half full when we go in.

LOL on another note : My shop is a clutter and I was selling some stuff the other day. I was messing around with my old Cleveland stand bag ( have had for 15 years) Found 2 handfulls of tees that came from a exclusive course here. My bud was Asst Pro and at the time I played a couple of days a week there. They gave away tees everywhere in the carts on the range and in the Pro Shop. Of course their members were not going to pick them up either.

Naah unless the shop and house burn down I do not see me in the foreseeable future purchaing any tees. Shoot just remembered I have half of a modern Folgers Can in the car with Pancake House tees

It's been a long time since I bought tees.  I don't break many, only in winter... sometimes.  I can use one tee an entire round.  When I head to the range for practice or before a round, I don't take any tees with me; I usually find 3-4, use them on the range, put them in my pocket, play, empty my pockets into my golf bag pocket... repeat next time.  I end up with a golf bag pocket full of tees, which I empty 2-3 times a year or before we leave on a golf trip.  Have bags of tees at home.  I can't make myself leave a tee on the tee box!!

We don’t stop playing the game because we get old; we get old because we stop playing the game.”

Yesterday bought a dozen Vice Pro Plus, Gold Edition. Always wanted to get them just to have one for the ball collection and they were sitting at Target.

Also just ordered a new custom headcover for my hybrid and putter from Etsy... very excited.

Looking forward to seeing your headcover purchase. I have a slight addiction to third party hardcovers. LOL I found a cool fairway wood cover in leather that I thought was reasonably priced for the quality but they wanted $20 for shipping. I shipped a whole club club $19!

It gets real bad when I get the "Track your package live" e-mail and can see where they are in town.... UPS takes the WORST route (in my opinion) because they do all the other areas in town first... even though they drive right near my street first! haha

💯 I once tracked a UPS package that was just down the street. A half hour later and the package shows nowhere near my house in a different neighborhood. 🤦🏻‍♂️

I absolutely love this putter! It's my current gamer, but I'm also in the testing group for the Edel EAS Putter. The Edel is a total "bells and whistles" putter with the price tag to go with it but I'm expecting this to be a very close competition between the 2. My goal is to attempt to quantify the difference in cost for the putter and the fitting process that comes with the Edel but I'm pretty confident that the $165 Cleveland putter will compete quite handedly with ANY of the fancy pants putters out there.

I have on order some Srixon ZX7's 4-PW with a Cleveland 50* as my gap wedge. All +2 degree upright lie, 0.5" longer, and with KBS C-Taper Xstiff shafts. Can't wait for them to come in! Also just received a new shaft for my driver so hopefully I don't spray them to the right any longer. The new shaft is a Project X Hzdrs Black in Xstiff. I was gaming the Ping Alta tour 65 in Xstiff but during a swing lesson the slow motion video showed the shaft was "kicking" early and I needed a stiffer tip section.

I had some rewards points and the warehouse sale at Callaway preowned led to this purchase.  It was a “very good” condition one and while there are some swirly marks on the crown, I can’t see them at address so it should be fine for me.

This one came with the MMT 60 X, and I’ll have to use that until I have a chance to go get a Callaway adapter put onto my Ventus.  I was originally a bit worried about the change in length as my Speedzone was Tour Length and this is currently stock.  But because of the size of the Callaway adapter the length difference from the end of the grip to the start of the adapter (assuming the same insertion depths) is only about 1/2 and inch, which puts it closer to 45.25 which would be a fine starting point.

I’m pretty excited to get this out on the course in the AM… just wish the first ball wasn’t going to be on the first tee at 6:30am… but I don’t think I’m making it to the range tonight.

Glad I could help spur a purchase and hope it goes well and its bombs away. My shot was also on course and it was center cut, so you got this.

It was actually a pretty heroic shot too… for those at home, this was the view from the first tee (a par 5):

It doesn’t exactly set up for a nice easy fade to start the day.  And Yes, it felt that narrow in person, not just picture magic.

It was actually a pretty heroic shot too… for those at home, this was the view from the first tee (a par 5):

It doesn’t exactly set up for a nice easy fade to start the day.  And Yes, it felt that narrow in person, not just picture magic.

That's some garbage on the courses part. Clear that crap. Though if that's a par 5 tee box they don't put too much emphasis on maintenance.

Yeah… this was on the Mount Pleasant course at Bretton Woods… it was not nearly as well maintained as the Mount Washington course, but even that felt like it needed a little extra love.

I guess this 9 hole course was the original “old” course there and they’re trying to maintain its feel… which sounds to me like corporate speak for “we don’t want to spend the money” but yeah, it was an interesting course.  There was a lot of damage on the greens that I still cannot figure out what caused it.  They were deep and rough holes in the green almost like an ant colony had caused damage and it was washed away.

That looks absolutely awesome and I hope you got some bombs with it! I love the new color scheme on the Epic line of drivers. I stopped at DSG after work yesterday and loved the look of them. I'm looking forward to seeing how you do with it.
