Nope, but close. Epic Flash Star driver. 1 generation older equals $185 vs. whatever this thing is priced at.

Yeah which brings up a good question: are he and his wife alike or are they opposites .. with the question being is he gonna swap something in and out of her bag every week (or: more 😉), too..?? 🤪

You probably need to provide more info.   What are the distances between the mevo and the ball and the ball and the net?  Are the mevo and ball at the same level?   Maybe a picture of your setup.

I have it at 8' from the ball and maybe6-7' ball to net. I adjusted the height to what I thought would take into consideration the height of the mat. I can try to get a picture in the next day or so. Thanks

Per the Flightscope site you may not have enough distance from ball to net:   Mevo can be used indoors and outdoors. The space requirements for indoors is 8 feet of ball flight and 4-7 feet behind the impact. In total you will need up to 15 feet of space.

They also identify objects that will infer with the radar in their manual.

https://www.flightscopemevo.com/manual/2020-mevo-manual.pdf

Have you contacted their support?

Well they came in today snd not only look great snd feel so much lighter they worked great on the range. No horrible fat comtact. At least none that I could blame on the prescription. I definitely can’t wait to get out and try them on course and give an all around test.

Bit very happy with the results and looks as well.

SportRX can’t be beat to work with.  Their opticians andexperts were extremely helpful in selecting the style, size frame and specs.   Uploading my Script was very easy.

DSG is closing out the 2019 Maxfli Tour online (maybe in store if you're lucky) @ 2 for $45 with free shipping. I grabbed 2 doz yellow. After the good reviews of both the 19 and 21 versions on MGS, I figure it was time to try these.

I worked for DSG from 04-07, so there house stuff or "exclusives" were usually not great quality products. Really meant to be high margin products. Though occasionally there were some nice Walter Hagen branded stuff. This was also in the era that we would have 5 different TaylorMade drivers on the sales floor. Given their relationship with TaylorMade, both Pittsburgh based, I have a theory this ball may be very similar to previous TM offerings. If TM sold them the name, is it possible done technology ora patent came along with it?

Thanks!  Yeah, I've been partial to RayBan over the years as well, just very classic good looking frames.

One of the things the optician...who get this his name is Rory and he's a golfer..ha  and I spent some time talking about was the lens color.  He asked about what kind of sunny days do we have, which knd of sounds odd, but then when he talked about out there in Carlsbad, it's a bright full sun every day they go with darker lens.  Whcih made me realize here we have more of a hazy sunshine a lot since it's so humid there is a lot of moisture in the air so it's not as clear and full sun like CA, which I remember from being out there.  He said he has more customers on the East Coast ordering the Rose Tint for that exact reason vs a darker black tint.   In the short trial outside, they definitely provided enough protection and blocking of the sun.

Would love to get out tomorrow afternoon, but we will see.

I was curious about the tint, so thank you for explaining that. It looks pretty cool, too. I wasn't sure if it was something that might help you track the ball better, or something else.
