juspoole
Moved the kids toys out of our office and to the basement. Now, I officially have a set work from home space (I did have a desk already but it was in the living room and a bit awkward). I bought a couple things to hang up in there. Popular Post Thin2win
17 hours ago, Tyler86 said: Thought i bought 300 epoch s3 tees…. apparently it was 300 5 packs!!!! In a former life at a former job I worked for a large 4 letter company that operates large grey ships. The large grey ship I was on was about to head into Port for a 12 month retrofit period, to get ready for that we needed to order those desiccant packs(like the ones you find in new shoes and beef jerky packs) to put in all our electric cabinets that would be powered off during that time so that they didn't form any rust. So we count up the amount of controllers, electric cabinets, etc. We need like 1600 of these packs for the 12 month duration. So our supply guy orders them up and we continue about life. About 10 days after we had gotten back to port, a we were walking down the pier to get onboard our large grey ship and we noticed that the pier was very busy. Which was not uncommon during this type of event. A train had pulled up and fork lifts were very busy unloading pallets of 55 gallon drums. During our morning status meeting, our ummm, manager asked the small group of us that helped with parts and stuff if we planned on needing any help getting our packs of desiccant onboard, and then casually asked us where we planned on storing it. Again, these things are the size of a sweet & low pack so we were slightly confused. As I'm sure you see where this is going, our manager them motioned to the Raiders of the Lost Ark sized pile of pallets growing in the pier and informed us that we had indeed ordered 1600 55 gallon drums, or approximately every desiccant ever made. He said he was going to go get a coffee and would like to know our storage and on boarding plans when he got back, grinned and then walked away. Slack jawed and stupefied we assessed the situation, then spent the next two days working out how to get the world's supply of desiccant returned to wherever it came from. In the end we kept 1 barrel which was still like 4 times more then we needed. I'm sure the forklift operators thought the whole process of unloading a train to then immediately load the train was hilarious, annoying and good for their bank accounts. cnosil, fozcycle, Tyler86 and 10 others 13 Quote WITB: Driver: SIM2 Max 12° - Accra TZ6 M4 FW Wood: Gen5 0311 7w Fujikura Motore X F3 Irons: ZX7 PW-7i, ZX5 6i-5i Wedges: Zipcore 50°, 58° Putter: MySpider X Cart: Onewheel XR+ Ball: Z-Star Diamond/ Z-Star XV

The Steelfibers are interesting in that the actual stiffness, at least in the parallel shafts doesn't go up as much as typical when weight increases, at least according to Russ Ryden. GolfSpy_BNG
Well after selling the Tensei Proto I happened across a Fujikura Ventus Red Velocore 5R shaft for cheap and couldn’t pass it up. Also picked up some wedge tees(never used before) and some Maxfli 2 3/4 & short iron tees. sirchunksalot, edingc, MattF and 1 other 4 Quote What is in my Sun Mountain C-130 bag or Jones MyGolfSpy bag Driver: Dark speed LS 8* set to -1.5* with an Attas Daaas 4x shaft @ 45” Fairway: F85 3 wood with a XPhplexx Agera X @ 42.5” F85 5 wood with a UST Elements Chrome 7F5 @ 41.5" Driving Iron: Rapture 2-Iron Irons: SMS Pros 4-PW with Steelfiber I95s Wedges: SMS 50* T grind with Steelfiber i110s Glide 4.0 46* zz wedge shaft Glide 4.0 E grind 54* zz wedge shaft Putters: Mezz.1 34” 69* lie EV5.1 black 33.5” 69* lie

They look fantastic and very sharp I’ve only taken it to the range a few times but it’s awesome. Less club tangle than my older ping hoofer. Smaller and carries more balanced making it feel much lighter. Also no logos make it so sleek. sirchunksalot, cksurfdude, RollingGreens and 1 other 4 Quote M6 12* Oban Kiyoshi Purple 65g stiff TS2 16.5* HL Oban Kiyoshi Purple 75g stiff G410 Hybrid 19* Tour stiff i210 KBS tour stiff 4-GW 54* RTX Zipcore 58* glide 3.0 TP Black Copper Juno 34in Oncore elixr or Snell MTBx
