... All I can say is at least I don't drink because perusing Ebay under the influence I would be in much more trouble than I am already. Wasn't actually planning on buying a Stealth driver but saw a bunch of "Head Only" in mint condition and put in a plethora of extremely low bids never expecting to win. But of course I did, didn't I?

The 699 pros feel extraordinary but look a little clunky for my eye and I struggle to hit them with anything but a left flight. 
 

Might need to move the 699 pros with the Mavrik SZ and find some 790’s or 722’s

I didn’t buy anything(this time) but I put my ZF 50X in an old Mizuno ST190 head and was smashing it slightly better than the tsi3/tr combo.   It got me feeling nostalgic lol. If it outperforms the tsi3 tomorrow im gonna have to seriously think about putting it back in the bag for the 3rd or 4th time. Something about that head always seems to work for me. Don’t know why I keep going the shiny new route. Haha

Well the Mizuno is going into the bag and the tsi3/TR will be going up for sale soon. Just gotta admit that when something works it works. Lol

A short while ago I traded a club that I wasn't using for a really good condition 2019+ PM grind wedge. It was 58°/12°. I absolutely fell in love with it's versatility and how fun it was around the greens. But my inner crazy voice kept telling me that a 60° would be even more exciting.. well being a sucker for black clubs, I found this baby in nearly minty fresh condition listed for $80 on Offer up. Offer Up is like crack to a golf tinkerer and I'm admittedly a junkie. So in order to score my next fix, I had to make a hustle for some quick cash. I posted my 58° PM For $70, and within 24 hours, I was offered $65 which I accepted.. in the same trip to sell my club, I took the cash and met up with the guy selling this club, offered $70 and now I'm the owner of a nearly new condition PM grind 60° for $5

While this whole transition might sound a little absurd.. it's how most of my purchases are transacted.. and how a tinkering, OCD, golf nerd's brain functions. I don't recommend this path as it certainly is not convenient and comes with quite a bit of anxiety attached

... Well it is far superior to club-crastination as I have a house full of clubs, heads, shafts and more I keep meaning to sell but never seem to get around to actually selling.

I was in a buying mood and had my eye on a 6-PW set of new Mizuno HMB irons on ebay. Got sniped at the last second so in response I bought a backup ST190 head lol. Unfortunately I only feel slightly better after losing the irons. I knew I shoulda upped my max bid.

Picked up a used Stealth Plus Driver today.  I decided I just wanted my woods to all match the same brand.  Was a good decision?  We will see.  Hit it on the range and one round and had a massive hook left almost every time (normally I have a fade/slice).  But I think I'm going to put my old shaft from my Cobra on there and see as I was fitted to that shaft.

Well I missed out on the HMB’s so I decided to pick up a used set of 2019 p790 4-PW heads at a good price. Gonna throw a set of PX IO 6.0 shafts in them to match the 699 pros and see who comes out on top. I’ve always wanted to try the p790’s but never could find a set where the price matched the condition while being in my price range at the time.  Loser will inevitably find their way to the bst.

Picked up some MCC Plus 4s for my new irons and realized halfway back on my drive from NY to VA that I forgot my blow off gun. So today for about $10 from Lowe’s I made my own and it works just fine. Spray bottle, some vinyl hose, marinade injection needle and two hose clamps.

Well one of them found its way to my putter tonight. I doubt if it was ever used. This thing is brand new and I picked it up for $5 on Offer up.

I was all-set to buy the new BX balls for this year, then Srixon starts the 3-for-2 deal, I play a Z Star Sunday and liked it like I always have, and now I’m in a conundrum. I need gloves too, so what I can save from buying BX could go toward gloves, but I REALLY liked the BX. Is it THAT much better than Z Star? Not likely, but 4 dozen for $200, or 6 dozen for $200?! Ugggggghhhhh!

I got a few dozen x stars to try when I bought me srixon irons and have loved them. I was a Prov1 guy before and haven’t noticed a difference, the XV is longer for sure

Well been on a bit of a spree lately but sold all my extra stuff and old clubs to get close to even!

It all started at the Srixon/Cleveland demo day…

next thing you know I’m on the track man at Club Champion and I’m getting fit into a combo set of the ZX iron zx7 p-7 (you really think I can hit those!?) and ZX5 (6-4)

either I’m better than I though or those are the easiest players iron to hit! Never been striking the bell better in me life

1/4” over std 1 degree up, modus 105 stiff was perfect, tried every at club champion nothing was better than the stock option
swapped out the 3W for the ZX 3W (Ventus blue with velocore) thanks @MmmmmmBuddy! 
just ordered an Apex Pro hybrid with the KBS proto shaft from CPO!

and with that I’ve turned over my bag in 18 months…. I may have a problem 

oh and I took advantage of the Srixon z star order 2 get one… don’t tell my wife!

I bought the Diamond on the 3 for 2 deal... I loved the feel of the Z Star in the past but performance was lacking. I loved the distance from the XV, but feel was terrible. The Diamond is right in between and I think I have found my go to.
