I am spending way too much time on Ebay as well;  fortunately I have only pulled the trigger on a KBS driver shaft.   i continue to  scan the mallet putters looking for a deal.

Picked up a new Vokey SM7 56* M grind for cheap to go with the t200’s. Should be interesting, I haven’t gamed a Vokey wedge since the groove change.

Joined the push cart mafia with a Clicgear 4.0 purchase.  Golf Galaxy currently has $50 off $250 and while I didn't really want to spend over $175, I've heard too many good things about these push carts to not spend the extra money.  Was going to go for some color, but they only had the all black in stock.  May try to exchange it for something else, but not a huge deal to me.

Hoping I made the right call going to the newer model, as most of what has gotten recognition was the 3.5 model.

Edit:  To anyone else interested, on paper it seems like I made the right call.  Per the website:

"We have added several improvements to the original design to make this the best model ever.

These include, increased cargo net storage by 80% for even more room. Added a new Easy-Clip Bag Strap System that makes it easier to adjust and fit your bag on the cart, no matter the size or type of bag. Improved the umbrella storage clip to prevent any lost Umbrella Tubes. We also redesigned the Brake System from top to bottom with a new cable anchor pivot assembly that eliminates cable wear and damage. The brake gear and hammer profiles have also been improved to engage better and reduce stress on the cable. Last but not least we improved the cup holder with the introduction of the Cup Holder Plus which is a more adjustable and lighter cup mount."

I’ve played dynamic gold S300s forever. But I just picked up a MP-60 8i with a broken shaft for free. So I put a Nippon Pro Modus3 120 in it to see what all the buzz was about.
The backyard feel test went well, definitely has more feel through the bottom of the swing. Can’t wait to get back out there and give it a go.

Definitely. I feel like you can really take your time in the swing and still get that nice feeling of the club releasing at the bottom. And with the lighter weight I picked up a few mph. I carry an 8i 168 with the S300, so I wonder how smooth I can be with the Nippon and still get my typical carry.

I've played nothing but Modus3 in my irons and wedges since 2016. While I'm about to switch to Recoils, the Modus3 shafts have been fantastic for me. The 130s, which I have now, probably launch too high for me, but that's a relatively small gripe in the scheme of things. Overall though, I can't say enough positive things about the Modus3 line!

There is a Modus thread from a few weeks back where several users offer some solid input.

I agree, the shaft loads really well and the stiffer tip still offers a good trajectory without feeling too loose.

Yea that was the thread that convinced me to try it. Especially with a free club, nothing to lose.

Just bought two of these in Stiff. They are 85 gram steel hybrid shafts. Going to replace the cheap TM made for Ventus shafts that are currently in my SIM Max (well, I ruined one of the TM ventus shafts pulling it today. if it was a real Ventus shaft, then I would be upset, but its not). I also managed to drill through a bit too far in the hosel, but that's another story.

Sorry I posted this in the wrong thread before, but thought I would pass this on. I found Honma TW-G1x golf balls at golfballs.com for $12.95. On the same level as any tour ball and a fraction of the price. Bought 6 dozen. Staff said they only have about 100 dozen left and should sell out by end of day tomorrow.
