Haha Fred----I'm sure I will have reason to change that grip soon enough based on that advice.   It is not a matter of if--it is a matter of when it gets changed....   LOL---good times !!!

I picked a Ping Forged wedge, 56/10 with an Alt CB R/flex shaft which matches my iron set. Found it used no less!
 

I like it better than the SW that is in my G425 set by far.

I am building an Otto-Phlex Paradym TD driver for my cousin just like mine, and so I am taking the opportunity to swap my 9* head for an 8* I just picked up on eBay (and giving my "old" 9* to my cousin).  Not much of a change, but I hope it keeps the spin down and eliminates the occasional balloon ball (which is my fault, not the driver's).

I also grabbed a Maltby TS3 and TS4 9 iron head to try out and see if I want to complete my TS3 set into the 9-PW-GW with either of those models, or stick with the TS1.  

The CHA/tinkering vibe is strong right now.  LOL.

Thanks Indy! They feel great and I'm still getting used to them but I played 18 yesterday and hit several good shots. Best was a pured 220 4 iron but the 9i to 3 feet on the par 3 also felt nice.

Little different but I did a putter rebuild.

I was putting great with a White Hot OG 2 ball in Dicks and decided I was going to grab one. 

I found this deal for 2 putter heads which was a White Hot original 2 ball but had a little logo and the disc was cracked. Other was an oldschool Tad Moore for $25

I found a place that 3d prints replacement discs for 2 balls for $15 (with allignment)  and bought a Odyssey shaft from Golfworks. Located a nice odyssey grip and cleaned up and buffed the original head, cleaned off the insert logo w light acetone and finished the alignment using gray paint.  I love it now. Feels great looks hardly used. Cost total of $55 and patience

It is very easy to hit but really best if you slice as I tended to over draw it. Probably give to my father with a sr shaft or put on ebay. If you struggle with FW woods and tend to slice its a great club. Looks way better in person.

Just picked this beauty up for my Stealth 2 plus

So way back in the Spring of this year I was into demoing different irons - and along the way had ordered this (can't actually remember how long ago .. maybe two months?) ...

JPX HM 7i with Recoil 460 ESX

- came with a two ball sampler pack of 1 Tour RB and 1 Tour RBX .. nice!

For those who also appreciate the sometimes funny ironies in life, that JPX 7i arrived *literally* as I'd finished ordering these ...

5-PW, GW rated "Excellent" condition with Recoil 660s

Don't need the 5i but _may_ be able to use the 6i .. during the Spring I did get a demo set from them of a 6i and a 9i .. but those came with steel shafts, obviously heavier than I normally use but I could hit the 6i at the range.

The pre-owneds are still eligible for their 60 day returns so we'll see..!

While waiting for the new cleveland wedge head to arrive i took a proj x lz 6.5 shaft out of an old 53*.  Cleaned off the epoxy residue from the tip and put a grip on it so its ready for the head when it gets here.

I just can't get over how much easier the iCrossover is to hit than the Titleist utilities I used to game. I also have the 3, turned down to 19º and its ridiculous.

Well....   I'm back.

Previous Gen rtx zipcore 46.  Brand new.  It's a little close to my PW at 44 but the gapping works really well from a PD/GI pitching wedge to a blade wedge.  I've been mulling a shift from my Mizuno wedges to the zipcores.  The Mizuno's are great but that added bit of forgiveness in the Zipcores with the blade look might be a better fit.  Something about the Srixon/Cleveland brand just works for me.   I may be in here announcing a new 52 and 56 pretty quickly if I hit it during actual play like I did at the range today.

Well, new to the forum so figured I would jump right in. I am in the Fort Worth area and went out to Leonard Links for a wedge fitting. Surprisingly I never thought to do a fitting for wedges but being 6’4 I figured I needed to. Ended up with Vokey SM9’s (50F-54D-58D) and played them twice since they arrived at Fossil Creek and Waterchase. Needless to say the ball stops on a dime so really need to get used to them but am happy with my purchase. Looking forward to meeting you all and appreciate a place where we can chop it up about golf!

Regripped the clubs! Been having some pretty annoying hand/finger pain from regular size grips. Probably because I’ve broken fingers on both hands mountain biking (fist versus tree, tree wins 100% of the time). So, I started looking into some oversized grips. 
I ended up with Winn DriTacs cause to me they felt the grippiest while wet. Helps a lot in the Kansas summer when you’re sweating just stepping outside. 
First impressions, it’s going to take some getting used to in the “grip”, but after playing 18 holes my hands feel great. Was hitting the driver decent today, but that might just be a fluke. 
 

Edit: Also thought, I’d mention my glove size. I’ve found for Callaways I’m Med Cadet, and FootJoy Small Cadet.

I am M/L in FJ and using Golf Pride Tour Velvet plus 4 mediums for the same reason as you, a member here also suggested the CP2 so I have 4 of the CP2 pro installed in medium installed and I may end up switching to the CP2 only been to the range 1 time but I hit for a lot of balls and tried using the clubs with CP2 the most and no hand pain then or in the next morning.

My Mizuno 919 7 iron hot metal pro 30deg arrived today, will be installing a shaft soon and hit tomorrow or possibly later today depending on the rain. Can anyone say why there is a screw into the hozel and is it for a special adapter type fitting?

This was probably a demo head and the port used to enable shaft swapping during a fitting.

Spoke with the Mizuno agent and he said that Mizuno only sell the adapter to Mizuno qualified fitters which is there pirogitive I guess, so I want to try the hot metal irons so will buy one with the shaft I use and try the different heads
