I haven’t bought ANYTHING new, for quite some time... not sure if that’s a problem or not...

It is; this is a safe space for the many among us who suffer from chronic club ho-ing. Please don’t post about your venture into becoming a non club-ho😝

I just bought the Arccos Smart Grips (MCC Plus4).  But i just realized that when and if i change any club i would need to buy a new grip.  Anyone have experience with moving these grips to other clubs? Or would you have to buy the individual grips each time?  Thanks!

There are tools that you can use to remove grips; these shouldn’t be any different even with the sensor.

Bought a Sun Mountain Teton cart bag this afternoon.  I've been wanting a cart bag since I'm only a rider in the hotter months and may move into walking with a push cart in the early Spring rounds in the future.

Yup, me also.
They had a deal while back a while back and I bought quite a few.

There is a Golf Store selling them @ 3 for $22 with Tees.  Hmmm.

Summer golf in AZ is a gnarly beast. Having extremely comfortable and breathable shoes is a must!

These came in just in time for my early morning round tomorrow.

Puma Fusion Evo. I argue if there could be a more comfy shoe! I used the Grip Fusion Sports the last 2 years and it was such a great shoe! The Evos seem to be an improvement in both comfort and stability.

We shall see tomorrow..

Very interested in your thoughts on these.  Have some in my cart but haven’t hit checkout yet lol

Officially have a Scotty Cameron Phantom X 11.5 putter on the way. Gonna put it head to head with the FCG. Distance control has been amazing with the FCG but I’m finding I struggle hitting my line with it.

It’s gonna be interesting. I have actually never seen it in person. Kinda taking a flier on it. The size is my only concern. Hoping it isn’t too small.

If you're at all familiar with the prior Fusion Sports, these are just as comfy but with a few added upgrades. Just like the Fusion Sports, these come out of the box ready to wear. Absolutely no break-in period necessary.

The Fusion Sports really were a running shoe with spikeless golf soles and lateral support. The Evos have a more golf-refined sole IMO. It's made of a stiffer and more grippy rubber. In turn this has stiffened the foot bed just enough to add more stability that maybe the Fusions may have lacked.

Another added feature is something that the new Fasten8 line has with a securing strap that helps wrap the outer more around the foot. I've got narrower feet so this really helps the shoe fit snug around my feet without being tight. I also wear my golf shoes like slip ons so I can slip them on and off without tightening them and they stay snug.

Lastly, the whole shoe is a 1 piece bootie construction. No tongue to slip to the side.

Just a final note, these are a very breathable mesh construction so I'm not expecting any spectacular waterproofing.

Thanks for your thoughts. I am currently trying to find a go to shoe to wear every time I golf. When I finally decide I’ll get a black and a white pair. I have found my swing actually seems to change when I go from my Nike’s to my adidas and would love to just take another variable out.

I rolled it with the 2ball ten, Bettinardi inovai 7.0 and the Spider X. They’re all in the same realm.

Feel, looks and more importantly, a lot of bad putters on Tour were putting really well with a version of this head early in the season. Maybe that’s some lame sauce but I still love it more than a month in to play.

What Adidas? I bought the Pumas to alternate with my Adidas Crossknit Ultra boosts. I find them to be pretty comparable in comfort, fit, and support.

I feel like I could switch them up and not feel much if any difference.
