Trip to Dicks Sporting Goods with 30 bucks worth of scorecard funny money burning a hole in my pocket and I left with a Cleveland RTX Full Face wedge 52 degrees and 9 degrees of bounce. Tomorrow will be its debut.

I finally decided that the last surviving GP CPX midsize grip has to go. So- I bought its replacement and it'll get put on tomorrow after the tournament (it'll be the CPX' Farewell tour). The GP MCC+4 Midsize Align won out.

You pay for the apparel - shirt, jacket, hat, etc... - and access to the tournament.

if you were to pay for that a la carte it would be much more than they are charging.

going all-in on the one length. read great things about this hybrid and people were rather impressed...

Should be a fun experiement. Also how are you liking the new putter. Might do an upgrade for fathers day as the new shaft seems really interesting

absolutely loving the putter. the feel is very good and traditionally I'm not a great putter but I've rolled in some long ones with it and am able to lag it close.

most putters today are heavy, some super heavy, to prevent the face from twisting and all the other stuff but I like a lightweight head and this is one of the few I could find. I think it's 345g. My other putters were around 375. 

the combo of the shaft and head is very nice

Awesome, I actually like the heavier head but I have the original SOFT 11s and love that, would be upgrading mostly for the shaft. Also I love the face milling seems to take my speed control to the next level.

As mentioned above you are provided access to the course for the week, volunteer uniform, food, etc.   the fee is also there to give some level of accountability to try and make sure you show up for your assigned shifts and dont just take the stuff and run.   It really isn’t any different than paying as a spectator to see the tournament.

Decided to replace my woods grips as there were different ones….ordered four grips from Pure…here is the installation…as you can see, I am an air guy which makes it somewhat easier and less messy.

Next up 450cc driver head on a 37.5" shaft ok ok not fully all-in.

I wonder if anyone has tried to do that Driver through putter all one length. I haven't seen in my travels, probably due to the physics involved. I think I'd try 39" for some reason.

Cool setup!  I thought about doing the same thing.  Does the table move around on you any when tugging/pushing on grips?  Thanks for sharing!

So i was looping for the Big Guy.   No not Big Stu... The dali lama. And when we got done he started walking off like he was gonna stiff me.  So i says hey lama...how about something, ya know, for the effort? He starts to say something but then stops and hands me these...

I was kinda hoping for the total consciousness thing....but maybe he was still mad about the wrong yardage thing where he didnt carry the glacier.

UPS was late but they're finally here! Grips and shafts are logo down, so excited to try these and compare them to the original!

I suppose; I don't know, I've never done it before and thought it would be fun since it is a major and probably not quite as crazy since it's the senior tour.
