Not sure what is going on here but I can’t stay on a page without the site crashing every 30 seconds. then when i try to come back, i can only get back to the original post I viewed and it happens again.

Was an unplanned purchase, but already very satisfied with it. 
 

Went From:

Project X Evenflow 6.0 S - randomly broke during a round over the weekend.

To:

MCG Kai’Li 60 X

After my LGS swapped the shaft I tries it out for about 30 balls and there was a noticeable improvement in ball flight and distance. Don’t have any official yardage stats yet, but based on where I used to land on the same range, I would say a good +10yd carry!

Just ordered the PXG 0311XF 3 wood. This should complete my bag overall for the time being. The only thing I think I might try to change is 19 degree hybrid. I picked up the 0211 but might try to get the 0311. Do you all like to try to keep sets or mix and match? I have the 0211s 5i through GW and the 0311 22 hybrid. I have really like the 0211 XCOR2s irons so far and have liked the idea of having a matching hybrid/wood set of 0311s. I'll be completely honest, part of the idea of having the 0311s is that my brother's MOS in the Marines Corps was 0311 and he was killed in Iraq. Maybe not the most rational reason but it has meaning.

Got another putter for the collection. Really just chasing a good condition original 8802 now and I've got all the classic putters I've been looking for. 

 

Been wanting one of these since I was a kid and a mate of mine had one, always just looked like the damned coolest putter on the course. This one especially is extra special, has a single bend graphite shaft which I've never seen with these before, only ever seen the steel shaft.

Golf Mechanix’s regripping station. Great tool bit on the pricey side tho.  Makes regripping club much easier.

I got a few things. 

First hopped on the Exotics driver sale and got a c722 driver w ventus blue for $150 which upped my carry average 10 yds. Love this driver.

Also grabbed a Wilson D9 7 wood I got a great deal on and very easy to hit and nice on the eyes

and finally bit the bullet and dropped a little cash on a Sun Mountain c130 Bag and so glad I did. I got the two years ago version on sale from Carls golfland for $180 and its fantastic for a cart and so stable.

Put the Ping Anser back in.. Still my fav Ping Hybrid

Finally regripped all clubs with Iomic Sticky 2.3

Got a 3 pm tee time..

Found a set 3-E Hogan Apex FTX at a flea market.  #4 shafts Very slightly used.  Mint to me.  Regripped and in the bag.  Love the feel but a little heavy.

Thinking of getting a new golf bag. Any go to recommendations? I currently have a strata bag that I got from a friend that I've been using for 2 years and it does the job but looking for something else. I mostly ride in a cart for all my rounds but wouldn't mind walking 9 once in a while as I continue to get better. I've been looking at getting the Seed SD-27 The Looper Eco Stand Bag or PUMA x Volition Stand Golf Bag. I'm open to all suggestions but would like to have it be a stand bag. Thanks,

There is a thread called “what equipment are you thinking about?” that might yield better results in terms of feedback. However the beauty of this forum, is that there are few rules when it comes to posting questions such as these and most folks will answer if they see them.

i recently bought a Jones Trouper R stand bag and so far, I absolutely love it. It is lighter than the previous Titleist stand bag I had and the pockets are all well thought out and functional. Plus, the design is really appealing:

Thank you @cksurfdude I appreciate it. And thank you for mentioning the EGA shop. I wasnt familiar with it. I think I've recently felt more of a need to be more proactive because my mom who was very proactive and promoted my brother was murdered Christmas morning 2019. So now I guess I've been going a little harder with it than I have previously.
