What Have You Bought Lately? (CHA - Club Ho's Anonymous)

Recently got two new fairways through trade-in promotions/discounts - the new Big Bertha 3 wood and the Stealth 2 HD 5 wood.  If I like one more than the other I'll switch it out so both woods match, but I may just keep the "mixed set".  So far I really like the Big Bertha but haven't taken the HD out yet.

Earlier this month I was fitted, and my club submitted an order for Ping 430 Max 5h, 7w, and what they offered a ps a 4w (5w head with -1* loft and 3w shaft).  I got them all with their Alta CB SR shaft.  Was told last week they were scheduled to ship on the 25th.  

This past Tuesday, I had oral surgery for the removal of 2 wisdom teeth.  I’m only 70 yo.  and thought they’d last thru middle age!  Wed morning my club called and said the clubs arrived, so tWife went to pick them up so I could stare at them as I recover.  Going to visit my dau the next 2 days so later on Sat I’ll be able to hit them for the first time and combine them with my new JPX923 HM irons.  The only clubs missing are the 2 Cleveland RTX6 52* and 56* wedges with Recoil 760EXS shafts - am told they won’t be here until mid Sep.

My newest, I gave my son my 56 CBX Zipcore and I replaced it with this TaylorMade Hi-Toe 3 in 56. Due to rain only 1 session off th matts at the range but I used it as my warmup iron and with my "wedge" swing all shots between 69-72 yards per trackman with hop and stop so if it transfers to grass I will be very happy.

Went through several manufacturer fittings through spring and early summer to try out new Irons, just placed my order for Titleist T300's with Project X LZ shafts.  They are saying 2 weeks, but hopefully a little sooner.  Excited to move on from my Callaway X forged into something both more forgiving and actually fit to me.
