He was a great golfer - so consistent, with such a reliable swing.  He'll be missed...

I remember watching Calvin back in the 1980's......He always had a terrific smile showing his gold tooth......He was a golfer that I rooted for on many occassions.

I've modeled my game after his since I had back issues in my early 30's.  A great player and sportsmen, wonderful story, I was very saddened to learn of his passing.

Shocked and sad to hear of his passing. Absolutely one of the straightest drivers of the golf ball ever back in the persimmon/balata era. When he was not on tour he hung out some with the guys from Bonnie Brae in Charlotte. He was always smiling when I saw him
