Overrated Now?

It was hard watching Tiger yesterday on TV.  I can imaging how hard it was for Rickie to watch it on the course.  I think Tiger's play affected both Rickie and Louis yesterday.  Hope it goes better for all of them today.

Like they said on TV, it's hard watching one guy in your group struggle, but when you have two it's like a cancer and will totally ruin your mojo.

I would say the jury is still very much out on Ricky - it got seated with his solid performances in last year's majors, started to weigh evidence at the Players.  Let's give his career a bit more time - he could easily be on a pace that nabs 20 wins and 2 majors.  That's Hall of Fame stuff.  Then again he could end up with 6 wins and zip - still nice but nothing spectacular.

 

20 wins and 2 majors still makes him overrated. Those are Greg Norman numbers. He is hyped much more than Greg Norman. Also Lanny Wadkins numbers are close, Ernie Els 19-4. Ernie getting as much media?

It ain't Tiger's fault. Zac Blair shot a 2 under 70 against Tiger's 85 at The Memorial. He is not even Zac Blair material, let alone, Rory/Jordan talk material.
