TESTERS ANNOUNCED - Cobra FLyZ, FlyZ+ Fairway Woods!

Cobra certainly is on a roll, isn't it?

 

Rickie wins The Player's Championship, is no longer overrated and his girlfriend steals the headlines, cover girl Lexi Thompson can probably kick your ass, and Jonas Blixt always does something memorable.

 

And then there's Blair O'Neal.

 

And in the middle of all this, Cobra is making some serious golf clubs these days, including MyGolfSpy's Most Wanted Driver of 2015.

 

But today, we're talking fairway woods.

 

 

MyGolfSpy is looking for 6 serious golf gear heads to test and review the new Cobra FlyZ and FlyZ+ fairway woods.

 

 

 

How To Apply:

 

Cobra is providing three FlyZ fairways and three FlyZ+ fairways to MyGolfSpy Forum members to run through the ringer to see how they perform.  To apply, you need to do the following:

1. Your handicap
2. Your current fairway wood and shaft flex
3. A picture of your current bag

We'll be selecting 6 of you to try out the new Cobra FlyZ fairway woods to use and to share your thoughts with the MyGolfSpy Forum Community.

Currently playing either a Ping G30 (14.5) or Adams newer Tight Lies Titanium (13.5)

 

3 wood is currently the weak part of my game. I use the Ping when playing a short tight course (good off the tee) or the Adams on longer courses (good from the fairway and rough) but have not found the club for me that does both.

I'm a 5.0 handicap that has always struggled to find a consistent fairway metal.  I flip flop between a TourEdge Exotics CB2 and an OG TM RBZ standard head--both in stock stiff flex.  Cobra has always interested me because they seem to make heads that are a nice blend of tee and fairway performance.  I'd love to give this club a go!

Current Fairway Metal:  On courses I need it off the tee I holster a Taylormade RBZ 15 degree stiff flex.  When I am going to need it more off the fairway I go with a Taylormade RBZ Stage 2 TP 16.5 degree stiff flex.  When in doubt I go with the 15 degree RBZ
