GolfSpy Barbajo
A couple of buddies are down in Myrtle Beach for the World Am -- they bumped into the Wilson rep at the PGA Superstore down there -- and took only a hasty picture of these babies... The blade is the FG 100, which has been out a while, but the other two are the newbies. The cavity back is the replacement for the MG Tour M3 iron, while the other iron appears to be the highly touted C-200, the replacement for the C-100 iron. My buddy, being a novice, didn't think to take any more pictures. I'll speak to him about it when he gets home... Thoughts? BIG STU
Sorta off topic--- I had forgotten the World Am was in town next week until yesterday. We had 3 tee times for our regular group after 12 at my home course. My new Pro called about 9 and asked If I still had my renowned books of the course that there were some out of towners in for the World AM that needed help. I told him the standard books he sold in the pro shop were partially off my books. But I found mine and let some of the guys make copies . I actually rode out on the course and showed some of the guys a few things. I have been playing that course now 13 years and know it like the back of my hand. we actually had some of the World Am guys following our groups around to observe how we play the course. Had one group of Canadians betting on the side following us having a great time Driver ---- Callaway Big Bertha Alpha Speeder 565 R flex- 5W TM V-Steel Fubuki 60r--- 7W TM V-Steel UST Pro Force Gold 65R----- 9 W TM V Steel TM MAS stiff---- Irons 2015 TM TP CB Steel Fiber 95 R--- GW Callaway Mack Daddy 2 52* shaft unknown junk pile refugee. revkev
Nice! If I were to start such a thread it might read, used Wilso irons found floating in a Bayou. . My suspicion is that the issues had nothing to do with Wilson or their clubs. I'm going with the Indian and the difficulty of the course this time out. ZenGolfer
The C200s remind me of TMAG TP MCs. I sometimes wonder how W/S managed to stay in business. You almost never see them on store shelves and never see them advertise. Kenny B
Wilson has a reasonable footprint in our local golf store. I'll check them out when they show up; I usually check out everything that is new when things show up. The guys at the store are used to me. “We don’t stop playing the game because we get old; we get old because we stop playing the game.”

You almost never see them on store shelves and never see them advertise. Well they seem to do a lot of advertising on Golf Channel and some sponsoring there. If you've never tried them I highly recommend them. My V2's are incredible.
