The Golf Australia handicap system uses the average of best 8 scores (taking into account slope and the reading of chicken entrails) of your last 20, multiplied by .93. Don't ask me, I just apply it. It hurts too much if I try and understand why.

 

I've just had two scores drop out of my last 20 which please me immensely. They were rounds of 6 under and 6 under.

 

That's not a handcap. Now THAT'S a handicap!
