Yahoo Championship

Yahoo has a nice little thing this season - if you won one of their leagues you are automatically invited to play in their tournament of champions.  It's an elimination deal over the course of the next three weeks going from however many entries to 20K to 2K to a winner and two other prizes - It uses weekly fantasy principals - they give you a $200 budget, assign values to players and you use the budget to build your team.

 

I figured - why not?  So I'm in - here's my team:

I may go back and try and get off one of those Packers they have a great match up with Washington's D.  Should be fun - I've never done daily so all of my research is season long stuff.  I had to pick KC's D because they won the championship for me.

 

As you can guess the pricey guys here were Wilson and Brown.

Looks like a decent team, I think Wilson will struggle this week though, temps will be bad, it should be a defensive battle there.

Interesting how different all our strategies are.  I went heavy on WR and lighter on RB's....they were just too expensive for their matchups this week.
