Ask them what shaft I should get that feel and performs the same as the Genius9 graphite SCOR shaft in Regular flex.  I tried the Ft. Worth 15 in Recoil 95 and Steelfiber 95 and they aren't even close.

Very jealous Barbajo. Thanks for the pics. Those Kobra forged CBs look really interesting. They just made the list. Looking forward to your review of the Hogan's. I never bit when the Apex Plus came out and I always regretted it. Will have to scratch some more coin together for the PTx ($170/club isn't deal breaker considering how long I hang on to irons).

Golf Slot Machine looks interesting. Any idea how much that would cost? Probably too much for a slat of plastic. My guess is someone could draw up a replica in Adobe Illustrator and post the pattern online to be printed off. If anyone has the measurements I could do it.

Golf Slot Machine was pretty interesting.  I'm usually pretty skeptical when it comes to training aids, but I got in and tried this thing and it really helps you groove an in to out swing path.  It's pretty durable plastic - the guy that tried it after me smashed it pretty good and it didn't break.

 

For a visual learner (like me), I think it would be very effective. Although an instructor I know tries to accomplish the same thing using a swimming pool noodle.

 

However...

 

It's $89.95, which seemed a lot to me. But if it works, then it's a bargain -- I can think of a ton of ways in which I've wasted $90 before...

 

 

 I see a possible forum test and review opportunity in our future, though...

$90! For piece of plastic with some decals on it. What kind of R&D budget did they have for this? Clearly they know about all the sick people on this forum who can't help themselves (myself included). At the same time I am equal parts sick and broke. If you can take a hi res pic from directly overhead and get me the length dimension, I could knock out a printable pattern in no time. From the website it looks like there is a pattern on the back for alignment as well. I predict a market correction for this product. $19.99

As a serious request, I would like to know how the various simulator options for SkyTrak look (E6, Perfect Golf, WGT, TGC) and maybe if they leak a release date or two whether from SkyGolf or from the simulator partners.  WGT is the only one already released and its not multi-user so its the least appealing to me.

Ha! I was unable to attend this year. I took the previous two weeks of from work as I had a tonsillectomy. I just couldn't have a third week away from the office given what had already piled up. But I'll be back next year!

This is the Shot Scope -- that wrist-mounted shot-tracking system from Scotland we showed you in a separate thread.  Couple of things stood out -- the wrist band isn't overly large - it's the size of the TomTom GPS watch, which is pretty compact, and it's pretty light.  

 

2nd is the screws on the sensors are pretty substantial - much more so than the Game Golf screws. Gavin Dear, their Chief Commercial Officer, says that's intentional - they looked at everyone else's stuff and thought about what improvements they could make.

 

Also, they give you 20 sensors in the box, just in case and he told me if you ever have a problem they'll be happy to send you replacements.  Whether that's just trade show talk remains to be seen, but he said the things are cheap compared to an unhappy customer.

I  have a better picture somewhere - I'll post in later.  Yeah, it's a massager - looks like something you'd buff your car with, but the thing is pretty cool. It really felt good!
