Howie Alter

Home State : Ontario ( almost a state we can hit a driver into Niagara Falls New York) I qualify because I have a signed letter from Rod Serling for a script I submitted to the Outer Limits.

Also I had a conversation on the phone with Karsten Solheim when I was the Pro Shop Chairman of my club and we couldn't get the New (then)Ping Eye 2s in our Pro Shop. We had them within two weeks after I talked to him.

Handicap 12

Currently have a Ping G30 5 hybrid in my bag as well as a Callaway Razer X 4 hybrid( I say currently in my bag because I have Taylormade Stage 2 Hybrids, Nike Sasquatch Hybrids amongst others

Irons: Titleist 710 AP1 graphites R, or Taylormade CGB Maxs Graphite R or Taylormade Speedblades with Aerotech i95 shafts R or a set of Mizunos unique because 4 sets were brought into Toronto by George Knudson a Family Friend.

Driver(s): Titleist 913 Bassara,Titleist 915 D2 stock senior,Ping G30 SFTec Soft R, Taylormade SLDRs 14 M flex, Taylormade Aeroburner 10.5 Reg

Putters: 9 Scotties and too many others to list.

Wedges: like the putters

As you can see I am a qualified club tester/ complete equipment nut!!!!

PS I haven't listed the classic stuff hanging on my walls downstairs surrounded by one of kind photos of many pros (Nicklaus, Faldo, Trevino, Moe Norman,David Graham, Greg Norman, Curtis Strange etc,- I'm a professional photographer -

Joe

NJ

5.9

Mizuno JPX Forged 4-iron (Nippon Tour130 S)

Ping i25 19* (Diamana Thump X)

Really excited for the crossover. I'm a good long iron player but for some reason have always carried a hybrid. However, I seem to have missed whatever people love in hybrids because I've never found one that works for me. I get very inconsistent results/ball flights. Excited for potential for something different.

Thanks for the opportunity,

Name:       Harry

State:        California

Handicap: 14

Current Clubs:   I have Ping G hybrids: 17, 20 & 23 - graphite regular

I have been a Ping guy since the Zing. If I were to put a Ping Crossover in the bag, I anticipate the 4 would replace the 23 degree hybrid.

Would love to test. I'm a low ball hitter and use hybrids to help with launch angle. However, many current hybrids are designed to be "hot", which usually means lower trajectory and rollout. The crossovers are interesting because they are designed to launch higher, but still produce distance.
