Snell vs Vice vs Bridgestone vs Callaway golf balls?

Hey guys,

 

I looked around the forum and I didn't see any comparisons between these golf balls. I figured I could give it a shot. I have a sleeve of the Vice Pro, Bridgestone B330RX and the Callaway Chrome Soft balls. I figured I could toss in a sleeve of Snell My Tour Balls as well. Would anyone be interested in a mid-handicapper's comparison of these golf balls? Let me know!

I am using the B330RX's now, but just ordered 6 dozen My Tour Balls.....

Well I added some information to my profile. I'll write up my WITB and I usually play on fairly average fairways. Just depends on the weather here in Arkansas.

Currently playing Titleist Tru Soft, but would definitely be interested in hearing about your comparisons. I was looking into those brand of balls as well, except for Vise which I have not really looked into. Waiting to read your review.

I've tested the snell my tour and the chrome soft. 

 

I feel like the my tour doesn't get as much distance as the CS. 

 

I love the feel of the CS off the face of the club and I see more stopping power on the greens with the CS. 

 

The my tour feels soft off the face, but seems to lack the distance I'm looking for on the ball. Spins really great on the greens.

Thank you for the input! I've been gaming Chromesoft since they came out but I hope to be as unbiased as possible in this comparison.

I have played all except the Vice, not really interested in that one. For me it comes down to cost, and playability, I really like the Chrome soft, the 330RX is ok, and the Snell is an excellent ball, I don't think you will be disappointed with any of the 3 or 4, but for me the best ball has been by far the Snell, and the added bonus of it also being the best value, it's a no brainier, good luck in your comparison.

One of my golf buddies found a Vice ball this past Saturday......it had a six-gun logo on it......I tried totrade him for it as it was a one hit wonder, but he declined.  He used it and liked it until it went back into the water on Sunday.....

I have played a few rounds now and so far I have been VERY impressed with the Vice balls.  I have a few dozen Pro Neon, Pro Shooter, and Pro+...So far I cannot tell much different between the Pro/Pro+, but the Neons seem to be the one that I keep going back to.  Great feel around the greens and similar distance to other top quality balls that I play.  When I first played them, I had a ball get chewed up pretty good on the second hole...I was immediately turned off, but this hasn't happened since, durability seems great. 

 

When I lose all of these, I would consider buying more for sure.
