Loose ferrule on iron club

Recommended Posts

I recently purchased a new set of Taylormade's PSI irons and noticed that my 9 iron's ferrule is loose to the point that it spins in it's place. I will fix it eventually, but should I stop playing with my 9 iron until it gets fixed or does it even matter.

I had the same after I'd made my set...didn't put enough epoxy on the ferrule. Just a dab fixed the issue.

  • 2 months later...

Have the same issue with my TaylorMade TP CB's.  They came loose shortly after purchase, but  it clearly doesn't effect the head - purely cosmetic.

This topic has just jolted my memory to do something about it.....
