sp0rtsfan86
Personally i think if I eat before a round I usually can go 18 without anything. That's assuming it's decent play though. 4 1/2 hour rounds change that badly. as I've gotten older, i think it's getting harder not to eat. singhmech
My club started carrying the 10th tee energy bars by SCNS sports. Best bars I've ever tasted. They also have a 1st tee bar pre round. They are available online in bulk packs. I also may take tried and true PBNJ sandwich with me.

PlaidJacket
I like to eat lightly before a round. Normally on say Saturday morning I'll have a couple of hard boiled eggs and a cup of fruit yogurt. At the turn I have a PB&J that I brought. Seems to carry me well throughout my round. Afterwards.... I chow down. Kor.A.Door
Saturday morning before I leave the house I usually have a cup of coffee, and then forget to eat so then I get really hungry at about hole 6, then try to get to 9 to get a sandwich or something, when it get really hot, I don't want to eat, but it's necessary, and lots water in hot days is needed as well, sometimes even a Gatorade or Powerade. Eseay32
I'm doing it all wrong...I barely eat and def don't have any go-to's. I'll get a hotdog at the turn usually but I just drink water, Gatorade, and soda otherwise. Knoxville, TN. 6HDCP, Cally XR16 Driver, G25 3 wood, burner Rescue. HighFade
I used to bring energy bars but I always found I was fiddling with the wrapper on someone's downswing. But I will easily go through 4 bottles of Gatorade. There is no spoon.
