Peterpc2828
Almost everything golf related I buy is based on reviews I have read from other members or MGS, Carbon Ringo 1/4, Bushnell v4, Taylor made M1 driver, Pimg irons, cobra king f6 fairway, cobra flyz driver, Eidolon wedges... I can keep going, but yes to me very important to get feedback from other golfers Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy mobile app

cc7768
My next ball purchase will be Snell because of the reviews -- likely just a dozen to start, but if I like them as much as I think then I'll stick with them for awhile before giving something a chance to dethrone them. My next couple club purchases will also have been strongly influenced by some of the recent reviews, including but not limited to: Best Drivers 2016, Ping Crossover review thread, Ben Hogan Ft Worth lng irons review thread, etc... I've found that the reviews have some influence on which clubs I try (or not to try) when I have a chance to get to the store -- This saves me a lot of time (and energy -- swinging can get tiring!) so thanks to everyone who has written a review Driver: Callaway Big Bertha Mini Hybrids: Adams Tight Lie (3) Irons: 5-A Callaway Apex CF 16 Irons Wedges: Cleveland 588 RTX 2.0 (56/60) Putter: Odyssey White Hot RX
jlew2144
Having just joined a few months back I can say that my recent driver purchase was definitely a result of reviews here on the site. When I start looking towards my next purchase I search here first as I value the time and effort everyone here seems to put in. Being a thorough person myself I appreciate the effort put forth by the testers and staff to provide an unbiased opinion. hckymeyer
I've been around for a while and don't purchase much just based on a review. I tend to get fit for most of my clubs and buy off that. However, two big ones for me were the Snell MTB and Scor wedges. I bought both based off reviews from this site and both were huge wins for me. I bought my SCORs when Rev and others were testing them on the forum. I was not a tester of them, but they worked so well for me that I probably hijacked the review process a little, talking about my experience with them too. They replaced my pre-2010 groove rule Titleist Vokeys which are in great shape by the way. Also, the Snell balls, MTB and Get Sum are both great in their own way and well worth purchasing for those that haven't tried them. I just received my summer supply today. I am trying out the new Yellow Get Sum as this will likely be my winter ball this year. Many other purchased based on forum and blog reviews. All have been spot on. Has anyone actually made a purchase based upon the product reviews posted on My Golf Spy? Kindly post your thoughts here......Let us know what you purchased and what it was in the review that helped you make that decision. Definitely! Perhaps the biggest 'find' I've had on MGS are Score wedges. All the feedback on these amazing clubs pushed me to pick some up, and i haven't looked back. I'm thinking about stocking up on them on eBay! Besides the Scors, I'm strongly considering a Fly-Z+ after all the great reviews on it and an MG Rangefinder, among others. I've also had the privilege of hearing about MG golf gloves, which I'm gaming, Snell balls (along with a review), and a few other great boutique brands that appear to be worth the money. So yes, I believe the work forum members put into reviews, and the discussion that takes place around them, is well worth the effort. Even if I'm lurking more often than not, there's a always a great, informative read to be had! If I see a shortage of them on eBay I'll know who's raiding the stock! I try to explain, or show, the benefits of the Scor wedge to my playing partners that play Vokeys or MDs or Cleveland's, and they scoff at a club that doesn't have a major brand name on it. If only they knew what they're missing out on. revkev
Based on reviews I've purchased the MTB and the bridgestone b330 RX. Ironically I was a tester for another bridgestone ball and tried the RX based on Foz's review. i also recently purchased a used G30 because of its performance in the Most wanted driver review. My prior driver, the SLDR was purchased after I tested it based on a MGS review. It's not a particular thing that I look for in a review. There are guys whose opinion I value and their review will impact my decision making accordingly even it's to stay away from the product. For example what will work for Rookie may not be what's best for me. . But I can PM Rookie with any type of equipment question and know that I will get sound advice. SkiBumGolfer
Yes, at least in part due to reviews here. I'm a serial overthinker and researcher, so I usually look at reviews from many different sources (and hopefully many different skill levels/swing speeds of reviewers) before I buy. Ones that come to mind where the review here was an influence in buying: 1) Adams Idea CMB irons - you guys absolutely RAVED about these, and said the accuracy was absolutely on point. I definitely tended to agree; I just ended up needing more forgiveness in the end, so I moved on. But they were killer sticks for the stronger player. 2) Adams Idea CB3 irons - I believe I read "GI Player's Iron" or something to that effect in the review, and that was EXACTLY what I wanted at the time. 3) Callaway Big Bertha fairway - you guys named this a most wanted pick back in 2014 for fairway woods, and it's been in my bag nearly ever since. Filthy long fairway with great feel that's easy off the deck too. Currently In The Sun Mountain 3.5 DLX:Drivers: Vapor Pro 12.5* (Open) [ Prototype (65g, approx.
