Can someone with knowledge PM me???

 

I won the Miyazaki Driver Shaft, and they have TONS of options... (3 trajectories, and 6 different models of stiff flex, different weights)

 

If I'm going to do this, I want it done right...

Do you have a shop near by where you can go and do a driver fitting? Maybe if you can match the fitted shaft to the Miyazaki.

You can also go with how your current shaft plays and think about how you wish the ball flew. If it is too high, get lower launch specs, and etc. Maybe Nic can help dial you into the correct fitting too.

I wouldn't rely on their staff too much for anything. Just saying.

 

Find somewhere in your area that has a Flightscope or Trackman launch monitor and get the specs off of that and then go from there. They're the most accurate out there and will give you a good basis on where to go from what you have.

Well you could go to say a Gofsmiths or some place where they do club fitting (trackman). They can get you all the #'s swing speed,ball speed,backspin,sidespin and smash factor. Then they could tell you what's optimal to your swing. Most places it cost a few bucks unless your planning on buying from them. But it's always good to have that info as then the Shaft OEM could tell you which of their shafts fit your swing profile. Hope that helps. Tim
