It was also fairly forgiving but small at address which didn’t help my confidence when my swing was off.  The Gen2 X was ok but a little shallow faced for my liking (my miss is more up and down the face).  If the 0211 is a middle ground between them 2 it could be my perfect driver!  The price at $295 right now is so tempting too. 

Yeah, to be honest I was thinking RADSpeed for the past month, but now seeing the $295 price tag and Tony's article about the 0211, I'm intrigued.

I'd be a little bummed to give up the more premium no upcharge shaft choices of the Cobra, but it's not like the S+ is a bad shaft at all, either.

Almost considering taking a flyer on it, probably could resell here or on the 'ol eBay for at least half.

The $295 is what will probably push me over the edge. That is just an insane price for a just released driver.

Oh boy. All the pics I have seen show it looking very similar to the Proto from address with a slightly bigger footprint. Now I’m wondering what the pics are showing me!

Will depend on which model. I know there are two in for driver testing...one looks good, one not so good.

Are you telling me there are 2 different versions of the 0211 driver?  Or perhaps one is the Proto or Gen4?

I didn’t look at the model numbers but PXG has always had different models for their drivers. The 0211X and 0221XF stick in my mind as typical naming. Basically a players version and a more forgiving model; just like other manufacturers. The players version is the one that I am referring too.

I think you mean two of the proto. There seems to only be one of the new 0211 that just came out yesterday

Those PXG woods and Driver do look dope! Technically can get a ventus shaft and it would be then almost the same price as a stock  TSi

Nope, I have physically seen 2 PXG drivers for 2021. I am pretty sure the one I am referring to is still embargoed

So had a discussion today with the boss and she agrees that I should probably consider new wedges as the grooves on my SM6's are looking a little dull (her words, not mine)

So now I'm thinking on new wedges and trying to not d my usual and just go for Vokeys.

The tour rack zipcores are great. i am gonna keep mine as long as I can (and not just because i got to test them here). If you want out of the box, I have also heard great things about Edison wedges, plus they have a guarantee, if you don't like them, they will replace yours with any other OEM plus any extra cash you spent on theirs.

I haven't used Cleveland since the old Tour Action days, still one of my favorite wedges I've ever owned. 

Just checked out the Edison wedges and they look lovely, not sure the boss will like the idea of me just purchasing without fitting considering I gave her hell this year to make sure all her new clubs were fitted.

I will be replacing my Dynacraft driving iron with a New Level Golf NLU-01 driving iron. Just waiting for the call from McGolf Custom Clubs that the head is in.
