MyWifesSwingCoach
Considering I eventually want to dip my toe into competitions, and I somewhat recently found out that my R7TP irons are not post-2010 conforming, I will need a new set. And as much as I would love some P7TWs, P730s, or P7MCs... My wallet hurts just thinking about them. (Still keep my eyes open for deals of course haha) So these are looking pretty good. edingc, cnosil, Chip Strokes and 1 other 4 Quote Driver - R9 Superdeep TP 10.5* - Mitsubishi Rayon Diamana 65g XStiff Shaft 3 Wood - 2020 Tight Lies 16* - Aldila Synergy Red 50-S Shaft 2 Hybrid - Idea Pro - Aldila VS Proto+ 'By You' 80-S Shaft 3 Iron - R7TP DGTT SL S300 Shaft 4-9 Irons - R7TP DGTT X-100 Shafts (6i has mismatched Project X 6.0 shaft) Sand Wedge - Adams GT XTreme 2 SW Putter - Heppler Tomcat 14 Ball - Tour Soft
Shankster
So, I don’t know if you know this. But I loved my Bridgestone XW-1 Wedges very much, mostly because they were forged. have you seen the shape of the Jaws Forged wedges? I can’t stomach paying a ridiculous amount for them, but @ Rahmbo if you have an extra set you didn’t win the US Open with, I know a guy. cnosil and sirchunksalot

Chip Strokes
shaft search continues. i’ve been scouring ebay and the classifieds for my shaft and no luck. my old shop might have one in stock, they’re getting back to me tomorrow about it. in the meantime i’ve been reading up on the KuroKage XD which looks like the latest version of my shaft. seems like it’s the same general profile, with a slightly stiffer tip. so if i can’t find mine anywhere i think this is the route i’ll go Vegan_Golfer_PNW, sirchunksalot and edingc 3 Quote SIM2 8º | KuroKage XD 70TX SIM 3W 14º | Fujikura Atmos Black Tour Spec 9TX SIM2 5W 18º | Fujikura Ventus Black 10X U500 2i | Fujikura Ventus HB Black 10TX T100 4-PW | Dynamic Gold X7 SM6 52* SM8 56* SM8 60* | Dynamic Gold Tour Issue X100 DW | BGT Stability Tour

I have really liked shot scope and I agree on the yearly subscription, especially up north were I can't play for half the year. The analytics have really expanded and they even just introduced comparing to other handicaps besides a tour pro. Foam inserts make a difference in feel but do not help with vibration dampening that can prevent tendonitis and other ailments. About 20 years ago when I developed some serious tendonitis in my right elbow after dedicating fall golf to playing knockdowns for every shot so I could master it in windy Chicago conditions. They usually stop watering in the fall and the fairways get very dry and firm and I paid the price. I tried every insert sold as well as some highly recommended home made solutions and non helped at all. Doc had me take 3 months off and when I returned to playing in the spring I re-shafted with graphite and had no problems. ... I have only played graphite in my irons ever since but after playing some Nippon 950GH shafts in a few sets including my King Tours, tendonitis returned in my elbow so I installed Steelfiber 95's in my Cobra's. Hopefully my tendonitis starts to fade away. bens197, cnosil, dlow206 and 2 others 5 Quote Driver: Aerojet Max 10.5* ... Kai'li BlueR Fairway: Aerojet 5 & 7 ...
