McaseyM
Beautiful lines on those, very sharp, literally. Not a big fan of the "Hot Metal" name, are they trying to get away from EZ? chemclub
The matte, pebble-blasted finish is a departure from the traditional shiny chrome of Mizunos past. I really like the look of these . They look like a tech-y MP model. Better looking than the PING iBlade IMHO. I am a huge fan of Mizuno woods. They flat out perform for me. josmi15
OK, I just left Bobicks, golf store in Fort Wayne, and they were just taking the wrapping off them. I was able to hit one. I liked it! I'm just going to say it. I was there to hit the Titleist AP1's and these felt good. I was told they had a Nippon regular shaft. I was to awestruck to pay attention. I'm saving up for a new set of Irons, and these have definitely jumped into the mix. Orange Hog
I got to hit the 900 Forged irons about a week or two ago. I thought the 850's looked great and think Mizuno did a great job updating the 900's. That matte satin look is cool! The local shop doesn't have an LM so I don't have any numbers to go off of, but they felt great. I'm a big fan of the beveled leading edge, so it's nice to see they carried that over to the 900's. I've never gamed Mizzies but could easily see going with this set if I ever got away from my Srixons (which I don't plan to do for a while).
