Mizuno Price increases?

Sorry if this is the wrong placement for this, but

 

I was looking at getting a set of Mizuno MP 5 irons and saw that the price for 3-pw (I was looking for 5-pw), has gone up from $999.99 to $1199.99

 

Anybody heard anything about his? A friend of mine who uses the Mizuno boards told me it might be to accomidate Project X LZ shafts and Nippon Modus Modus 3's.

There is no upcharge from Mizuno from steel to graphite in the irons this year.  This has to account for some of the price increase.  All of the 2016/2017 Mizzy stuff is $$$...

Still a good value in my opinion. Might have to head down to Eugene soon.
