Well.... my Raiders laid an egg last night! That was definitely a winnable game for them. They just couldn't get it together. It looks like a wild card birth, unless the Chiefs lose to Denver. Then again, they could lose out and not make it in at all. That would really suck, at this point!

The "Family Teams" are Patriots & Chiefs, so while I'm glad the Chiefs won, I'll be honest and say I think the Raiders are the most likely to make the Division berth.  They ARE a good team!

Falcons beat the Panthers today so if the Saints can hang on to win vs Tampa Bay, the Falcons win their division...    Guess who I'm rooting for to win the Saints vs Bucs game.. ;)

As a Redskins fan, we needed a NO win there as well. So I was rooting right along with you.

 

Good thing the Saints kept scoring, as the Bucs kept coming until the end. couple key pics helped!!

After the initial shock, I think we may still have a shot. McGloin is a serviceable QB. He played fairly well for us before Carr was drafted. What will be missed are the intangibles that Carr brings to the table. As they say.... next man up!

I was reading about him this morning.  The Raiders have a lot of weapons and McGloin has performed well under pressure before.  There's a reason he's held a spot on their roster.

Playoffs are pretty much set. The Packer/Lion game is essentially a play in because I don't see the Giants beating Washington.

My Raiders got their ass handed to them! Congrats to KC on winning the division. I knew we were done when Carr went down. I had hoped McGloin could rally the troops, but....... guess not. Conner Cook will likely play against the Texans. It was a good season. Next year ...... Superbowl!

I really thought McGloin would perform better than he did...  I'm glad Donald Penn was able to return to the game.

 

While I'm glad the Chiefs are in the position they're in now, I really wish they'd gotten there another way.  

 

The Raiders had a great run and I look forward to seeing the Raiders & Chiefs face off with both of them at full strength new season!
