Got my hands on a sleeve and some amazing weather yesterday. Managed to get out with 3 buddies as first group of the day and opened up a 3 hole gap, giving us ample to drop the balls and play various shots. Our foursome had caps ranging from a scratch to a 7.6.

 

We collectively agree that this ball is legit and does pretty much everything right. Seems quite long off the tee, great long iron flight, controllable spin on short irons and great putter feel. Wouldn't describe putter feel as Pro V, it's got it's own feel, but it's really nice.

 

Overall this is a no brainer from $15/dz

 

 

 

Had caps 1-8 in our foursome hit the Costco #ksig tour ball today. Distance Feel Spin Overall This ball seems legit. Blows my mind $15USD for per dozen. #kirklandsignature

Looks like they are sold out. From what I've read it looks like these were a limited run to kind of test the market. They weren't sold on the idea that people would buy a premium golf ball with the kirland name. Should be back next year though. At least lets hope it is... and for the same price.

Costco website states they are estimating to be back in stock 11/21-- Playing tomorrow, going to use my entire 5 minutes to find everyone of those babies.

Then my suggestion is you skip over to Dick's and get the Maxfli U6 Tour X/U6 Tour/U6 Tour Soft ball....selling for $45 but now they are $29.98/dozen....... and it's a 6 piece ball with urethane cover!

 

In some markets, the Maxfli is BOGO.

Hmmm.... 24 6-piece balls for $30???  That works out to about 21 cents per layer...

 

 

Never tried the Maxfli - but if it's BOGO, it's worth a GO.

Played the Kirklands today for the first time, defiantly longer than my Snell MTB, at first off the putter was a bit harder than what I'm used to but got accustom to them quick, greens where fast and hard and my ball stuck on the green well, overall no brainer for me, going to restock once they are available again, cannot beat that price

One of the guys I play with during the week was given a sleeve of these KSig balls, and he gave me one.  I played it today along with a PV1 and a Snell MTB.  The weather turned nice today; 70 and no wind for a change.  No doubt about it, it's a nice ball.  With my slower swing speed I had a hard time telling a difference between any of them, off the tee or landing on the green.  Certainly for $15/dozen, it's a great value.  It's going to get cold here in a week, and I wouldn't play any of those balls over the winter.  However, come spring I certainly would play it.

Glad I purchased a second two-dozen of these. I have 3 dozen in inventory now. I'm on my first sleeve and have given away 3 sleeves/balls to some guys. It's funny still. Friday evening I gave a guy a sleeve and we played Saturday. I noticed he wasn't trying them. He was playing a BS 330 of some flavor. I asked why he wasn't playing the KS and he said felt more comfortable playing the BS 330.... as he went on to shoot a 89! Good thing he didn't tee up one of those no-name Costco warehouse balls; he might have shot a 90! LOL

Played the KS ball again this morning and decided to put it up against a Pro V1, for me the KS was longer and just as good around the green as the PV1, can't wait till they go back in stock may load up and go for the entire 10 limit per member. These balls are the real deal!!

Put the Kirkland in play today. Boy did I like it.

Great off all clubs and around the green.

Looking forward to seeing how it handles the cold weather golf this winter.

Since a lot of you feel it's harder then the Pro V1... any comparison with the Pro V1X?

Personally, I think it's more like the ProV1x, and even more like the TaylorMade TPX.  

 

I'm not a ProV fan anyway - so it's easy for me to like this ball a hell of a lot better...
