russtopherb
Been fighting with my lawn tractor all week. It would start up and run for 30-60 seconds then die out and not re-start for a while. Flushed the gas tank. Changed the oil (again after having just changed it in April). Replaced the sparkplug. Replaced the fuel filter. All to no avail. My father-in-law and I started pulling the engine apart and finally discovered that the magneto coil was practically severed in half. Looks like mice got into the shed and chewed the hell out of it. It's just been one of those things where if I had any hair left, I would have pulled it out by this point. Stupid lawncare LOL. Shankster
Had a heck of battle with a 14” redfish last night. Using an ultra light rod it was like trying to haul in the titanic. Need to get ahold of a 18” so we can have some blackened fish dinner fresh from the water. Had a nice duel with a decent sized perch this morning too. Keep the drag a smidge on the loose side and dang’d if they don’t take you halfway across the creek. Oh yeah, playing golf again on Wednesday. Trying a set up change with the driver, dropping it down to 9° from 10.5°, and moving it up ever so slightly in the stance. russtopherb
One of the downsides to being able to work from home - when the internet is down, I'm screwed. We had a nasty squall come through around 9am and it took out everything. ETA to repair was 2PM, then it was 4PM so I hopped in the car and drove the 40 mins to the office. There's a whopping 3 of us here on the entire floor so all is good. artful_golfer, cnosil, GolfSpy_SHARK and 3 others 6 Quote In my carry bag: ST-X 10.5* Kai'li Blue R Flex ST-Z 15* Kai/li Blue R Flex ST-Z 4h Linq Blue R Flex Launcher 5h Launcher CBX 6i-PW CBX 54* & 58* Huntington Beach #10 e12 Contact CURRENTLY TESTING - Mizuno Long Game
deejaid
I have never been a car guy. It wasn't my thing and frankly, I just hate depreciable assets. That said...anyone else impressed and intrigued with the new Bronco line? I showed my wife and to my surprise she said super cool. It was nice to see them priced for mere mortals as well. When a Tahoe costs $60 grand, a $38,000 4 door Bronco looks like a steal. Oh man. The two door orange Bronco with the black roof and the see-through doors? I’m in love. Plus it can be had with a 7-speed manual transmission. Oh yeah.Unfortunately I’ll be driving the minivan for a few more years and when it is time for a new vehicle it will be electric. I have solar already so my days of buying internal combustion engine vehicles are over.Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk MDGolfHacker, Rickp, sirchunksalot and 2 others 5 Quote WITB: Stan Thompson “Reactionizer” persimmon woods 1-4 Spalding Tour Edition 3-PW Spalding Top-Flite E.V.A. My wife and I are taking a break today to head over to Windmill Golf Center for a fitting. Irons for me and a driver fitting for her. I'm a little late to this party, but congratulations on the move! Looks like you've got quite a bit to unpack and I feel for you on that end. We've been in our house for six plus years and still have stuff we need to get rid of in boxes.
