We have Twin Daughters and 3 Teenage Granddaughters and Teenage Grandson.
Somehow we survived. I was pretty sure I would be in jail at one point. The daughter who gave us the most angst is a IT Schoolteacher, teacher of the year and great mother and wife , who knew.

FWIW, both our daughters were Daddy’s girls and still are, except for a couple teenage years. SWMBO has not been happy w that but that’s how it works out I guess.
When our daughters were in HS I told them they had “ 4 years of paid in full college and 1 wedding” so choice wisely. They did.

Yikes! We had quite a storm roll over us this evening. This is a screen shot from my phone weather app showing the lightning. Each yellow squiggle is where a bolt was detected. We were rumbling for a while. Glad is was late enough we were not out on the golf course.

A similar storm happened yesterday also and we all had to scramble off the course to find cover.

Random thought, with Covid going on, its so hard to find fitness equipment available for purchase, especially barbells and bumper plates. Some of the big companies are releasing a small supply each day and some are doing pre-orders up to a few months out. People are buying it up and re-selling to make a profit.

And it is so often we hear "you have a better chance of getting struck by lightning than (fill in the blank)"... yea, not so sure about that .

Hopefully everyone is safe in the path of this storm.  I saw some fires in the area we were supposed to be going in a month in homes.

Stay safe everyone, I think it is nearly here in SOMD. Guessing around 50mph winds at the house.

Lots of power outages and trees down. Tornado warnings came at about 4:30 am. Looks like it is still a little breezy but the sun is starting to come out.

Hopefully not to big of an impact for you.

Congrats. That was about the same time my SIL landed here on a fiancé's visa. My daughter and SIL moved back to Hobart since then. I can't blame them - where they live is beautiful.

Mine lasted 3 months....speeding and telephone poles don’t mix....he looks responsible though hands are even at 3/9!.... can’t say the same for myself
