“He was doing it wrong and needed some help so I spent an hour showing him how to do it right.”

I asked how did it take an hour?

Well, I did so well with the rifle that he had me help him with a few more!

Everyone needs a hillbilly when your car breaks down or you need to clean a gun. I think the kid is good to go from now on. Pretty sure we are going shooting with them after Christmas.

I admit I have used this same gun cleaning tactic when our daughter had some thing follow her home after school!   Usually I was set up at the kitchen table and dressed in my sleeveless t shirt.  Part of it was to embarrass her and the other part was to see what the reaction of the boy was.   It was amusing to me from both directions!   

I'd also casually mention I had a backhoe and there are 2500 acres of woods behind the house and the scent dogs never did find the guy with alzheimer's that wandered away from his house.  

Official disclaimer...I live in MD so of course they were pellet guns.

Oh I know one of the last scrambles I played in  I hit the most butt ugly thin shot you ever saw with a 5 iron. Ended up 2" from the cup. My bud said good thing you are hitting those CB irons. I said yeah If I had hit my Mac blade that thin the ball would have been over the green in the road

I'm thinking that maybe going to the gym first thing this morning after a nearly 14 hour round trip in the car yesterday for a college visit wasn't the smartest decision...

That was my game a few years ago.  225 off the tee with a 4 iron... 

I really hate drivers.  
 

3 wood was acting up today too.

I am getting too dang steep... an issue I battle every time I take more than a few days off.

Sleep on it.  Tomorrow will be different.  I know, in reverse... two days ago at the range I was hitting the ball with irons and driver the best I have all year.  Yesterday, crap swings.

I finally learned this year that the beginning of the year the driver struggles. Probably the first month or two. I dont swing it. End of the year is usually the same but she behaved this year.

Actually that is me everyday now after my accident no joke. Yesterday Had a Doctors appointment in Florence SC some 80 miles away yesterday. Now the medical transport company has been transporting me since April and knows damn well I need a van. Those idiots sent a guy with a Ford Fusion. I did go up in the back seat but was so locked up when I got there the driver and 2 nurses had to assist me getting out. My Doc called and raised Holy Hell I called my insurance company and did the same. They ended up getting a local Taxi fr

Do not know what happened above but would not let me finish or edit. But they got me a Local taxi from Florence to take me home. They had to pay their driver round trip plus the Taxi round trip. Told the supervisor they damn well knew I needed a van due to my size and injuries. Told them if in the future if that happed I would refuse service and consult my private attorney for missing an appointment. All they had to do was get their head out of their a$$es and look on the computer screen. My Comp Insurance adjuster was not too thrilled with them either

a few weeks ago, one of my wife’s friends was telling us how much she wanted a teapot for christmas. she was going on and on about it. 

when we got home, i told my wife (in jest) that i thought a teapot was a silly christmas gift and thought it was funny how excited her girlfriend was for one. 

fast forward to this morning, and i open this:

a tee-pot!!! 

if you zoom in, you’ll see my wife’s reminder to me while i’m out on the course  

to the single guys out there, marry someone with a sense of humor.

A lot of those came during the days when I was in “The North” making sure the wall was manned so the White Walkers couldn’t get through.

Now that I have moved a little further south in Westeros I can spend my time much better... actually playing this game.  But, you guys also get the stuff that normal people put on social media... I don’t do social media, so you get pictures of omelets and camping trips...

can’t lie, that layout is giving me fits. i usually arrange my clubs straight across rows and that irregular middle part has me all messed up. 

since i use a push cart, i’d keep my longest clubs in the middle so they don’t block the cart’s basket

I always do woods on top and wedges on the bottom but this is for a carry bag since that's what I do. I cannot for the life of me set up a cart bag right
