PMookie
I bought a pair of Footjoy Stratos shoes back in 2020, and after just three rounds in the simulator, and 2 rounds on-course, the area in front of the right toe, midsole and outsole, was already worn down, and separating. I sent them back to Footjoy to see about a replacement under the warranty. I was happy to see a box on my front porch from Footjoy today! Brand new pair!!! No more using these on turf!!!! GolfSpy AFG
Man, after looking at the MGS comparison tool I am really considering taking my stash of Tour B XS’s and seeing if I can’t do some kind of exchange to go back to the Pro V1. The low compression of the Bridgestone would suggest I’m giving up some distance, and if you buy in to the tool (and I do) I’m more likely to get a “bad” ball in the batch if I stay with the Bridgestone’s. Shapotomous
I got the J&J shot this morning which is poor planning on my part. There were some doses available last minute yesterday, some appts opened up this morning and I took one of them. If I would have thought about it a little I would not have scheduled on a Friday morning since the effects are likely to make for a crappy Saturday!! Rickp
On my way back from golf this morning swung but my uncles house. Him and his wife decided to downsize to a Villa and are having a Tag/garage sale today & tomorrow. Couldn’t believe it had to park my cart in his backyard cars/carts everywhere people were buying all of his stuff. His wife does have good taste so a lot of it is decent but WOW, Seniors love a bargain. I didn’t stay long as I was pressed into helping load items into SUV’s and no tipping They bought a nice 2bedroom, 2 bath 2 car garage that should work for them. This fire started in the Yakima River delta where it runs into the Columbia River. The freeway runs across the delta and the fire jumped the road. They put that fire out, but a second fire started from what they said was an ember from the first fire. They don't have a cause of the first fire yet, but I'm guessing it may have been caused by a vehicle or people who can access the delta area. It's just a bunch of brush and small trees, but there has been a bald eagle nest in there; hope any birds and animals are OK.
