Chip Strokes
one of the first larger projects we did at the new house was to install an invisible fence border for our dogs. the local Invisible Fence franchise is awesome…included in the price of the system is installation of a perimeter up to 1 acre, plus 3 training sessions to acclimate your dog(s) to their boundaries. the trainer just left a little while ago after the 3rd session and so far i couldn’t be happier. my boxer is a complete lunatic and even he stayed a good 2-3 feet inside the boundary while the trainer walked her dog back and forth in front of the house. so now i’ve got some good peace of mind that the dogs are contained all around the house Rickp, GolfSpy_SHARK, tommc23 and 6 others 9 Quote SIM2 8º | KuroKage XD 70TX SIM 3W 14º | Fujikura Atmos Black Tour Spec 9TX SIM2 5W 18º | Fujikura Ventus Black 10X U500 2i | Fujikura Ventus HB Black 10TX T100 4-PW | Dynamic Gold X7 SM6 52* SM8 56* SM8 60* | Dynamic Gold Tour Issue X100 DW | BGT Stability Tour

tommc23
So me being a tester yet an idiot I just figured out where to find the testing threads, since things have changed. I never realized where there were especially since I have it set to just show me unread topics, did that years ago don’t remember how. So since I have noticed some of the new testing threads haven’t gotten many questions and I just found where to find them now I’m going to share it because heck I can. Pictures are backwards and I’m once again an idiot who can’t change it on my phone. MattF, sirchunksalot and Chip Strokes
Chip Strokes
we've got a thread for shot of the day, but i wanted to share the most ridiculously bad luck shot from yesterday's round. 366yd par 4, with the last 1/3 of the fairway uphill to an elevated green. hit 5i out into the left side of the fairway, and had 147 in to the green, playing 154. normally i'm pulling PW from 150, but playing uphill and into a slight breeze i decided to hit an easy 8i because i didn't want to come up short and have my ball roll back down the hill. good contact, just pushed right a little bit, it's tracking pin high and looking like it'll settle in the greenside rough about 10-15 feet off the green. then...THUMP...ball hits the cover for the hose hookup, bounces way up in the air and further right, up and over the cart path and down the hill out of bounds. nothing much to do but stand there and laugh...from an easy chip to get up and down for par to dropping a ball and scrambling for bogey or worse, just like that.
