A little while ago I brought the garbage out for tomorrow morning pickup.  At same time my neighbor across the was doing the same.  He’s been having foot problems and he told me his surgery date is Monday.  With my knee replacement June 2nd we looking at “Walker Races” on the street.  He may be using a Scooter so I will demand a head start!!
Hope there’s no Rader traps😱

Was just reading an article on purchasing real estate - the author said a rainy day is the best for purchasing a house. It weeds out the lookers plus the buyers can see if there are any problems (roof leaks).

p.s. hope it goes well.

Good thing it doesn’t leak.. wish I would have looked at my previous house on a rainy day.

So my son (8) has a baseball tournament 2 hours away in Des Moines this weekend.  I assistant coach the team…head coach just called me and he’s out due to a family emergency, so all of a sudden I need to set a lineup and be the guy for 3-4 games.
I can handle it, but at the end of the day I’m a golfer…if a kid struggles at the plate this weekend I got nothing unless TourStriker sells baseball training aids too…

I was listening to the No Laying Up podcast today. They had on Alan Shipnuck to discuss his new book “Phil: The Rip-Roaring (and Unauthorised!) Biography of Golf’s Most Colorful Superstar. It was a great overview of the book and am really looking forward to reading it. I pre-ordered the Kindle version

I had my annual checkup with the dermatologist, long time psoriasis sufferer. He asked about what I did for sun protection. I replied that I’m a regular user of sun screen. He recommended long sleeves and long pants. I decided to meet halfway and ordered arm protection sleeves. A golf instructor I follow on Instagram featured sleeves from Storyigolf. So I ordered a set. $19.99 and $3.86 for shipping. I’ve also been noticing more golfers where I play wearing arm protection as well under their polos. It’s certainly worth a try.

I burn if the sun is out and I’m outside.  I got a few sun hoodies to help curb it, I often get asked why I’m wearing long sleeves when it is 80° outside, and pants a lot of times.  If you’re looking for something Marsh Wear has some cool stuff to provide some sun protection.
