I don’t think I’ll be agreeing to be paired up with any randoms in the future. I am a sailor, and have a spectacular vocabulary… but these guys made me blush. Had some time to digest it, and it was almost bad enough for me to take a break from the game. These are the type of guys you see jumping carts into sand traps. It was terrible. They made us share carts and the guy I was with smoked, and I seemed to always be downwind when he lit up. I ended up walking a bunch to keep my space. I don’t want to be any part of a party on the course. I feel bad for these guys significant others…. Definitely would refuse that pairing. That behavior would make it extremely difficult to get through a round. cksurfdude, sirchunksalot, JohnSmalls and 2 others 5 Quote TSi3 10° w/ Mitsubishi Tensei 1K Black 65g TS2 15° 3W w/ Project X HZRDUS Smoke Black 6.0 70g 818 H1 21° Hybrid w/ Mitsubishi Tensei CK Blue 70g MP-18 MMC 2 iron w/ KBS Tour C-Taper S 120g JPX 921 HM 5-GW w/ Project X LZ 5.5 115g JB Forged 54° SW & 58° LW w/ Project X LZ 6.0 120g EV5.3 Black
Popular Post azstu324
Couldn't think of anywhere else to post this.. My new journey into aeronautics and aviation. Having recently been laid off for the 2nd time in 4 months, the writing on the wall is telling me to exit the mortgage industry for good (after nearly 20 years). I have a good friend who's a flight instructor and is working on his path to become a private charter or regional pilot. This is my 2nd flight totaling 2.7 hrs. We flew from Chandler down to Marana. Ate breakfast and flew back. In talking aerodynamics, physics, and how the plane functions and reacts to the elements, and preparation for weather, temp, etc, I couldn't help but see so many parallels to golf. After bringing up all of the similarities to golf and how we basically "navigate" the golf course, choose clubs, have an understanding of physics, pay close attention to the elements and surroundings, etc, etc, etc.. now he's interested in the game. Kenny B
The Housing market - Is it going to crash like it did 15 years ago? SmartAsset pored over 25 years of data — for every quarter from 1997 to 2021 — in 400 metro areas to determine which housing markets are poised for the most stable growth based on their history of solid price gains. Following are the top markets they identified. 10. San Angelo, TX 9. Kennewick-Richland, WA - Total home price growth: 217% from 1997 through 2021 Probability of experiencing a 5% or greater price decline within 10 years of purchasing a home: 0%, based on the historical data This area is part of the Tri-Cities region, which actually has four cities including Pasco and West Richland. Since 2000, it has been the fastest-growing area in the state of Washington. 8. Odessa, TX 7. Dallas-Plano-Irving, TX 6. Houston-The Woodland-Sugar Land, TX 5. Fort Collins, CO 4. Rapid City, SD 3. Midland , TX 2. Boulder, CO 1. Austin-Round Rock-Georgetown, TX My area has cracked the housing market Top 10 with 6 of the 10 top markets being in Texas... no surprise there! And in those last 25 years, there hasn't been one new 18-hole golf course built in Richland-Pasco-Kennewick WA. cksurfdude, MattF and tommc23 3 Quote “We don’t stop playing the game because we get old; we get old because we stop playing the game.”
