Rickp
I have had to fix the Samsung washer and dryer so much, I feel like I'm an expert at this point. The cheap plastic parts make the most difference. The old Maytag we had from 1977 had steel and metal parts that would last a lifetime, and were designed to do so. The cheap plastic parts today are designed to fail so the average family has to replace the machine every 8 years.Everyone here is correct appliances are not made as well as they were decades ago. There was actual American craftsmanship for the products to last your lifetime. Everyone when they replaced your frig the old one went into the garage (to run another 10 years) or your 25 year old washer/dryer went to their kids when they got their first house. kardboard.kid
I have a corner lot and I can't tell you how many times I check on the other side of my lot (the side that isn't in front of my house) to find owners who think because that isn't the front of my house, they can leave their dog presents for me to find. Especially frustrating when I'm cutting the lawn. I know have to pre-check the yard to make sure I clean up after those owners or risk getting that caught all up in my lawn mower.
