Canucklehead
Will you at least finish the i200 review? It's leaving an empty space in my life and I'll be scarred for life if you don't give me the rest of the "meal." Don't leave after just the appetizer! Jokes aside, the best part about playing like crap is working through the issues and playing better the next time. It's not about how hard you get knocked down, it's about how you get back up, or something. I'm not good with quotes. It feels so good when you knock 5 strokes off your game and you know it all came from hard work, dedication, and practice Sent from my E6853 using MyGolfSpy mobile app Rickp, yungkory, Shankster and 1 other

GolfJunkie302
So, I went to the course today to get some last minute practice time in for a tournament I have tomorrow. I really wanted to work on putting and chippin/pitching. Ever heard of the Drive, Chip, & Putt thing? Whole green was completely taken over by these kids, most of which had all of the nicest equipment out there. One kid I saw as I was walking by... about 8 years old, Callaway GBB Epic Sub Zero driver, Titleist 917 fairway metals, and some sweet looking irons, but I didn't get the model. So I left without any practice and really jealous of those kids' equipment... Oh well. TheWahoo
A friend I recently reconnected with after 25 years found out yesterday he has cancer.... sometimes things just suck. Ace, genuinely sorry to hear about your friend. As his friend, your role will be to support him and help keep his spirits up so that he will aggressively fight this horrible disease. Depending on the nature of the cancer, it is no longer the death sentence it once was. With the advancement in treatments, every day one survives increases the likelihood of continued survival. Again, the best thing you can do for your friend is to not let him give up. cksurfdude, MattF, Rickp and 1 other

I talked to him last week and my entire objective was to talk about things other than his diagnosis; reflect/reminisce on stuff to hopefully bring some joy into his life for a while and get his mind on something else. Really appreciate the words of advice; hard to believe but this is the first time anyone close to me (family/friends) has been afflicted with this cruel and unforgiving disease. He'll be going in for his biopsy early this week to determine if it has spread but so far it is just testicular cancer.
