NiftyNiblick
This morning, I awakened very early and very hungry.Still in my bathrobe-- I assume that you saw Tony Soprano getting his morning newspaper_ you know that people who look like me wear bathrobes, right?-- I attacked the left-over Chinese food from last night. NiftyNiblick
My league partner was a baseball umpire and a college football official (Div II) as well. Eventually he became a referee and a crew chief. I asked him a question that had always confused me about amateur football. If you don't have to be down by contact, why isn't the holder on a placekick attempt immediately whistled down upon receiving the ball? It appears that there's a special rule covering that. Sorry about your ruined weekend, Matt. MattF
russtopherb
I was going to have 5 free hours all to myself tomorrow. Perfect time to go play a round. Then I was chatting with another dad who helps build the marching band props and he mentioned we're behind on construction and he's on a business trip all week, so he was unsure whether or not the props would be finished before the first competition. So now I'm building props for 4 hours tomorrow afternoon. (yeah yeah yeah I know, minor minor complaint, but I haven't played a round in nearly a month and the next chance I'm going to have to play 18 is going to be *checks calendar* October). Golfspy_CG2
Actually snow is good for most type of grass in a few ways. One it keeps golfers off the course ...so the greens and fairways can heal. And the snow actually acts as a blanket helping keep the grass warm from the extreme cold and wind.I know it was hard for me to wrap my head around it. But thinking back this past winter we had very little snow and lots of play. And our conditions were never better than "fair" all summer. The winter before last we had a blizzard and snow on the ground most of the winter and last year we had great conditions in spring and all summer long.Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy tommc23, tony@CIC and Rickp 3 Quote G430 Max 10K TSiR1 15.0 Aldlia Ascent 60g TSR2 18.0 PX Aldila Ascent 6og TSi1 20 Aldila Ascent Shafts R T350 5-GW SteelFiber I80 SM10 48F/54M and58K S159 48S/52S/56W/60B Select 5.5 Flowback 35" ProV1 Play number
