Indeed. They were able to get them "feruled" up and I grabbed them yesterday after work. Wound up pulling all grips again to realign them properly. Many hard lessons here...

Was thinking about hitting the practice area today after my SuperSpeed Protocol session, but it's getting windy.  Just got an alert on my phone for high winds this afternoon... 30+ mph and blowing dust.  The farmers in the Horse Heaven Hills upwind of us just outside town have plowed their fields for winter wheat.  Their topsoil will be 25 miles away!!

That sucks. They've got a tough enough job as it is without having to deal with that.

That doesn't happen with asphalt.

We are out in the wide open spaces.  From the edge of each of the 3 cities that make up this community in 30 miles in any direction (more if you go north), it's either farm land or desert.

I live in an area with no unincorporated county land.

Even in more rural areas, the minute you leave one city or town, you're in another.

I remember my surprise as a young person discovering that this wasn't the case everywhere.

So, this happened locally last Saturday!  A coworker has a son on one of the teams.  Needless to say, he is livid!  Such nonsense.  Every one of these jackasses should never be allowed anywhere near youth athletics again.

Had two Dr appointments today, 10 and 2.....@VA clinics a couple miles apart. Well, I was checking in to the first one(electronic check in) when the system came back with “wrong place”......I had them reversed, was eye Appt then pt......so I hurried to get to the other clinic but the delivery truck had me blocked....finally got out and checked in to the eye clinic.....all is good but I almost blew it.

As punishment, each of these "coaches" will be required to go on Slim Fast diets until they have reduced their body weight in half.  And I think even then every one of these "men" would still be considered overweight.  Can you "round" house with your fists?  That's what it looked like here.

Yeah, it was 90+ here yesterday and today, and tomorrow, and....

summer seems to never end.  The humidity is down a bit, so that's promising.  Maybe by November I can wear pants on the golf course.
