Rickp
... Where do you think folks are picking up Covid? Good question. I did a little questioning and the outbreak with the Bacon Boyz came from a simple Sunday evening Mexican Train game with 8 people. One of the players who’s in hospital right now spread it to the other 7 and BAM it went right thru the neighborhood then the Bacon Boyz is comprised of 3 neighborhoods and so it goes. sirchunksalot
Had to take my dachshund to the emergency vet last night, she was going after her tail and yelping from discomfort. We got concerned she might have a blockage or some glands that needed drained. My wife was freaking out. Everything came out well, they did x-ray's no blockages and did a stool sample and didn't see anything there but sent us home with a dewormer. Got up this morning, looked out the window, and noticed my car trunk was open. Nothing was stolen, I think I accidentally hit the key fob (it happens way too much) and it had rained last night. Now my trunks wet and I can't leave it open to dry out because it's still raining. fixyurdivot, tony@CIC, Shapotomous and 4 others 3

It was even coming out of the light fixtures in the first floor hallway and the first floor bathroom. What a mess. All over a 10 cent plastic compression fitting that cracked in half allowing the supply line to completely blow off. Replaced the supply line with a braided type. Neither of us had personal ones at that time; just my company issued phone. We also apparently purchased commercial carpet cleaning equipment which was delivered to an address in Tacoma, WA. Those along with a few purchases at Chevron were completed before we cancelled the credit card. Long story short, it took us weeks to get this corrected and do the credit locks, checks, blah, blah, blah. What a PITA. About 15 years ago my wife called me at work and asked when we had purchased a cell phone? Neither of us had personal ones at that time; just my company issued phone. We also apparently purchased commercial carpet cleaning equipment which was delivered to an address in Tacoma, WA. Those along with a few purchases at Chevron were completed before we cancelled the credit card. Long story short, it took us weeks to get this corrected and do the credit locks, checks, blah, blah, blah. What a PITA. Hope you get it corrected quick and the scoundrels get caught or karma down the line. Hope there's something worse then Hell for scammers, especially those that take advantage of older retirees. Popular Post Tom the Golf Nut
Some SOB hacked somebody and got my daughters debit card info. Ran up $300.00 worth of stuff from on line and eating establishments before the bank figured out and froze her account. So we had to prove it wasn't her. First my daughter is a minor living in TN at home and the charges were out of Indiana. They called asking for my daughter or myself. I said she was in school but how could i help them. They wanted me to make sure she was not in Indiana. REALLY ! Then yesterday I get a letter from the consumer fraud section of the bank stating as long as the denial of charges could be proven we would get full credit to her account. So now the account is locked, waiting on a new bank card, and for someone to verify it wasn't my 17 year old daughter. Maybe I should send them the school attendance sheet. What a pain in the butt! How do those jokers do that when I can't even get Best Buy to sell me a sim card & start up a new phone I was given at Christmas that was bought from them?? They say I have to go to Verizon to get it started up.
