fixyurdivot
Returned home to Montana and, upon winding up my parents antique wall clock... bang...thunk...twang . It ran, on time, for about 30 minutes then stopped. I'm pretty sure it is a main spring. I was with them in 1973 when they purchased it from a store in Carmel, CA (still have the receipt). I've located a clock repair store in Bozeman and hoping they can do the repairs. I'm already missing the sound of its tick-tock swing pendulum in the quiet of the night . I believe in Michigan it's only for new cars within one year of purchase, and they have to attempt to resolve the problem something like four times. My parents bought a brand new truck a few years back and constantly have run into issues with it, including blowing the engine up while on the highway. It's continually being fixed under warranty, but since it's a different issue every time there is no recourse other than to sell. tony@CIC, GolfSpy_SHARK, MattF and 1 other 4 Quote Unofficial WHS Handicap: 7.5 / Anti-Cap: 13.0 (Last Updated Feb. 19, 2024) Driver: Callaway Paradym TD (10.5°, -1/N), 45.75", Fujikura Motore X F1 6X | Fitting Post 3 Wood: Cobra RadSpeed Big Tour (14.5°), 43", Fujikura Motore X F1 7X 20° Hybrid: PXG 0211 (2020 Model), 40.25", Mitsubishi Tensei AV RAW White 90X 4 Utility: Cobra KING Utility (2020 Model), 38.5", Aerotech SteelFiber i110cw Stiff 5-PW: Ben Hogan PTx Pro, 37" 7 Iron, Aerotech SteelFiber i125cw Stiff | Club Champion Fitting 50°, 54°, 58°: Edel SMS, V Grind, Nippon Modus 125 Wedge| Official Review Thread Putter: L.A.B. I was amazed at the number of BMW's, Jaguars, Mercedes, and to a lesser extent Porsches, only about 10 years old, that were selling for what I thought were crazy low prices. Like original MSRP's of $100K+ for less than $20K. I mean we're talking plush interiors, convertibles, and high performance. We spoke to one of the staff about it and he said that the market was not particularly strong for them at that time, But, even more a factor, is that the repair and maintenance costs were crazy high and frequently needed. Hmmm 19 years later the book value of my Porsche is just about 30% of the original MSRP and the resale price is starting to climb. I think like all toys, the initial depreciation is steep - but as long as the thought process is buy and hold it's probably better than your average sedan or SUV. Ferrari on the other hand you might to wait several generations. BTW all new coils and plugs which are easily reachable was about $500. Anything serious and you have to drop the engine out of it which is a routine procedure about $700. sirchunksalot, MattF, fixyurdivot and 1 other 4 Quote Left Hand orientation SIM 2 D Max with Fujikura Air Speeder Shaft Cobra Radspeed 3W/RIptide Shaft 410 Hybrids 22*, 26* Cobra Speed Zone 6-GP/Recoil ESX 460 F3 Shafts SM7 54* Wedge Glide 3.0 60* Wedge O Works putter V3 NX9-HD - 4 Wheel EZGO TXT 48v cart - too many shoes to list and so many to buy And BAG Boy Golf Balls: Vice Pro Plus 2020 Official Tester Beginning Driver Speed - 78 2019 Official Tester 410 Driver 2018 Official Tester C300

I think @dlow206 and @Grand Stranded each had those symptoms once but it was from not ordering a club for 48 hours straight! They quickly healed themselves!! I haven't thought about a new club for more than 48 hours and i am doing fine. I’m looking at my sig, and I have to admit, you’re spot on here, you wascally wabbit!!! Over the last 6 months I’ve completely redone my entire 14 club set up. On the bright side I’ve made a few new friends at the PGASS, and I’m on a first name basis with the Fed Ex and UPS drivers in my neighborhood. So there’s that, lol. Im so bored out of my mind not being able to play because of my back, I probably have about 10 items in various carts on different golf sites right now, none of which I’ll be able to use for at least another month... Now with the back thing I have going on, I’m thinking it might be wiser to get a push cart instead. I think @Shapotomous just thinks of us as impulsive ho’s, when what we’re really doing is just looking to explore every option. Every. Single. Option.
