You need to keep your Canadian Geese up in Canada!! They stop here heading north and south. Many thought this was a nice enough place, and decided to spend the entire year here. I think they are just plain lazy! They are so tame that they don't even move when you drive a cart within 10 feet of them. So I finally got sick of checking other areas for the cause and opened up the doors to find a mouse trap with a mouse in it. The dang thing was alive and I decided to meet my bb gun. Just had my neighbors move out and their kids move in never had mice problems in the attic ever until they moved in. In CT we lived next to 2 big farms loaded with field mice that tried every fall to move in with us. It was a battle that drive me crazy. Watching the hawks, Peregrine Falcons and coyotes chase them around was cool.
