Exactly! It only took twenty seconds to get through, the first person I talked to helped and fixed all my issues due to the changes they made and I am not still on hold with them, I have not gone through 4 different reps or been hung up on, disconnected, ignored or left in que for an hour plus and I am absolutely still not trying to still working this out after being on hold or chat for the last 2 hours lol

What airline? Just curious... If the amount of cash is worth it, you might consider involving some law firms and they will help you to sort it out. I had good experience with the totallegal customer service for example, but of course it is not the only option.
