To my surprise they came back and said 'it can't be repaired, so we'll send you a new bag if you cover shipping'. That's great, but last time I got a shipping quote from them, it was $200 via good ol' Fed Ex to ship out here. That said, I gave them my old man's address in Cali since I'll be stopping through there next month on my way to Tahoe. I'm not sure if I'll get an exact replacement of the OG Players Stand bag I have now or if it'll be one of the latest 2.0 models. Either way, hooray for a new bag and some solid customer service! While I'm going to be signing any contracts, I am going to minimize any changes for as long as possible so I can focus solely on getting this index down. I have 8 months left in Hawaii so that timeframe will serve as the initial 'experiment' window. Will it make a difference? We shall see. My index is trending to 11.9 right now and that will be the primary measurable here. I have achieved 1 1/2 of them and this forum has helped make that happen. It has taken longer to achieve than I hoped (back injury) but I won’t stop until I get there. Broadcast your goals, tell the world and then get to accomplishing them. From what I have seen from you, the work, dedication and focus will be easy for you. One recommendation I have is to be open to ideas that you haven’t been before. I had a very good understanding of this game but opening myself up on this journey has been eye opening. I’m definitely focused on making both of those happen and I believe getting super comfortable with my current set will be a huge part of making that happen!
