I'm with you on this one. My wish is that the USGA will grant my request to have sand bunkers considered as ground under repair. They ain't green, golf was designed to be played on green surfaces. The sheep herders didn't invent the game in a desert.

Now keep in mind I've only done the one round we played out there. I'm impressed with the pocket layout and the leg's are solid, don't want to splay out on slick surfaces. It's only a 4 way top, wouldn't have minded a little more though.

Ultimately I'd love to have more time to get on the course throughout the week and just enjoy the game. Having some time to myself!

 

On the equipment side, I'd love to find the perfect golf ball for my game.

Is this like ultimate wish list or what we might actually get? Either way ultimate would be a tour card. I would be happy hanging with Bodo every tourney that dude is funny. Actual would be just a sweet round with some of my good buddies at like the straights or erin hills. Or whatever pro course we could get on.

Those look interesting. I've never been a fan or tee's like this but I like the flex part.

Kind of coming late to this party since I was on vacation so here's my catch up list:

 

Day 1:

New irons (716 AP2s, CF16s, or Srixon 765s)

 

Day 2:

New fitted fairway Woods from either Titleist, TM, or whichever would give me consistency and distance off the deck or tee.

 

Day 3:

10 Golf sets to donate to the closest local first tee program to me (half rh, half lh).

 

Day 4:

100 dozen Snell balls to donate to a local first tee program.

 

Day 5:

A bunch of golf shoes to donate to the first tee.

 

Day 6:

A Porsche Turbo S to haul all my new golf stuff

... Good call MBP. I ordered a Best Grip Tour Issue GT-L Putter Grip for my putter and was not happy with it at all. It was treated with something that made it shed water and was most decidedly not tacky. Beautiful to look at but not what I wanted. 

... Best Grips went the extra mile and sent me a Micro-Perf Pistol grip. I hold my putter with a very light grip and the Micro-Perf is very tacky and is exactly what I had expected when I ordered a leather grip. Can't go wrong with a US company and outstanding customer service. I am very glad I went with Best Grips.

I checked these out on their web site and I like the long lasting value.  I've been using the big headed tees you can drink beer out of when not golfing.  They last a long time too and are very hearty.

I'm a huge fan of the Epoch tees. They are virtually indestructible, affordable and I love the lines on them that allow me to tee the ball up at the same and consistent height. They're what works for me!
