Temperatures in the 70's everyday for nearly a week?!?!?  Wow!!!!!

 

My lawn went from brown and dormant to green and shin high overnight.  I mowed twice last week and will likely have to mow again in the next day or two.  This "spring" season is fascinating.

Well it was 60 today but the wind was blowing high teens from the northeast. That means the wind had about 250 miles of cold Lake Erie to create one heck of a windchill factor.

I know how you'd fare in Florida. It's tough on us former northeasterners. First day of spring football and it was scorching hot and baking sun. I'm probably down 5 pounds just from today.

Yesterday high 70's - last night we got over 2 inches of rain and today it's in the low 60's. Looks like the course will be cart path only for the next couple of days. Time to try out the caddytek cart my wife got me for Christmas.

Pretty much wasn't able to cut it for nearly 2 weeks and when I got the chance it was gonna rain the next day so i cut it when wet. Boy does that suck. Cut it again since then and will probably have to cut it again in a few days. My one local course has been either closed to walking only for the past week.

It's climate change - but an honest read of the data reveals that the climate always is changing. We should be investing our energy in trying to understand what that means and how we can take advantage of the benefits of that change as we protect those who are negatively impacted.
