Clear and cold here this morning. Supposed to get cloudy this afternoon with highs reaching no more than 40. Was thinking of heading out to at least hit some on the range, but I just god abandoned by the War Department & the daughter leaving me with the boy...sigh...

Forecast calls for building clouds and snow starting around 2am and going through Christmas. Looks like the last few free round left on my punch card will remain unused...Might be time to start tying some flies.

We got a nice 13 with 40mm of rain and 80km/hr winds today. Not sure if it beats the -20 with windchill... But means there could be a few courses opening up if it doesn't get cold again!

Had a slight dusting of snow when I woke up this morning but gone by noon time. Temp is mid 30's today and tomorrow. Hopefully the driving range is open tomorrow.

Absolutely beautiful day here in Oregon:  47º and sunny, after raining the last couple of days.  A local course here used to close for Christmas, but they had open play for free.  Don't know if they still do that, but today would be a great day to play.  We didn't bring our clubs.
