44 this morning, but it feels warmer that that.  It looks like that will be the high for the day.  We had some severe storms roll through yesterday afternoon, tornado warning type storms, fortunately we didn't lose power.

Funny - it's in the low 50's here in Florida and I had to run to Home Depot this morning. I'm in a long sleeve T shirt and shorts and everyone else had parkas and long pants on. My neighbors at home in Ohio would kill for 50's and sun as they're shoveling snow in parkas this morning. All a matter of perspective. Guess it won't be too long before I acclimate to this weather and start wearing my parka in 50's and 60's.

Insane storm last night. Lost power for a while. Couple broken limbs and a metric @$$ ton of rain. Nothing compared to some of our Florida members I’m sure but it was a wild one

Lots of rain up here last night as well, but thankfully no snow for now. I am sure its right around the corner, but very warm this morning 58 or so, and will stick around here for today before getting back to normal.

38’ degrees here this morning and I had a meeting w Titleist Rep at 9:00. Froze my butt off.

Sunny, not a cloud in the sky, and 25º when I got up at 5am; it's almost 8am now and it's up to 30º.  I might head to the course around noon when it gets to 40º.

Last few days have been overcast and cold, not unusual for this part of the PNW this time of year.  Looks like we're going to start a bit of a warm up this week.  Hoping to play Wednesday and Friday with temps approaching the 50 degree mark.

38 windy degrees this morning.  Some dark clouds running across the sky and there were even a few drops of rain and snow flurries blowing around when I had the dog out.  High today is supposed to reach 48.

32 this morning put a skim coating of ice on the outside water bowls.  Its time to empty and bring in the ball washer.  Clear skies and sunny so the frost shouldn't last long.

The golf course clubhouse and parking lot... the cars are staff.

Always shorts in the house, just more comfortable. Also I like running and I'll be in shorts down to about 25 as long as it's not too windy. Looking like our first good bit of snow on Saturday.

Electric bill came today.  Same amount as it was in March, so not too bad.  It was MUCH higher all summer for air conditioning.  However, the gas bill will be higher this month for the gas heat.  It all averages out.

I have been silly when I was a bit younger and I ran in shorts when it was so cold that just above my knee by the end snow was collecting and taking a long time to melt, thankfully no serious frost bit. Not my smartest move, but oh well.

SWMBO says I’m still in that mode when I went to Titleist fitting @9 am, 38*, 15 mph wind off the water in our face and yes I was wearing shorts

When we get to a certain age, we can still do "young & dumb things.  We are at that age.

44 this morning and still raining, 1.1" since it started yesterday.  I wanted to get some holes dug and posts set for a deck project today but that may be 'post-poned'....

The rain cleared out by 10:30 and i got back to the deck post project.  Got the layout squared off and holes dug and posts cemented in place.  I'll give them a couple days to set and then start the framing.  Its still 43 out but feels colder because it got windy after the rain quit.  I got the Christmas lights hung up outside tonight and the fingers were getting cold trying to put the light wire into the soffitt clips.

Nope, don’t own a Parka anymore. I had an Army Parka w the wolf fur that I gave to SIL when we left CT.
That morning I had a long sleeve pullover shirt, midweight sweatshirt and a 3/4 sleeve pullover FJ windshirt and of course shorts.
Shorts weren’t bad but a heavier sweatshirt would have been smarter move.

We've had an Air Stagnation Advisory since last Monday and it's supposed to last until Tuesday.  We will see... it was supposed to end today.  Basically, foggy all day and low temp 28 and high temp 34.

Now we also have a Freezing Fog Advisory overnight, and I have a 9:46 tee time tomorrow!!
